Lightspeed Surveys (merged)

Last week I claimed £2 paypal from my lightspeed account, but after completing the checkout I noticed all my points where still there, so I ordered the £2 again, which after submitting was told "there has been an error, please try later", so I thought nothing of it, but today 2x£2 payments have appeared in my paypal account!

Of course, I wouldn`t reccommend other members try this on purpose, unless you feel your original order didn`t go through

I had an email from them yesterday saying they were going to put another code in my account within 24 hours - still waiting! Anyone else?

My partner is still waiting for the code to be resent, and hes stopped doing surveys until they do (don't blame him lol)

I read all the problems you guys seem to be having and i don't get it. I've been with lightspeed about 4 monthd and have *checks site* £32 off them so far. I haven't experienced any problems with survey pause errors and all my paypal payments are there within a day. This isn't a it works fine for me what are you doing wrong thing, anything but that. I just wondered how it can work well for some and not others

I've had problems with surveys recently too-kep being told i've stopped/paused a survey and can't access it again-even though i didn't even start it!

I had a lot of surveys for about a month, and then nothing really since....i certainly didnt get £30 off them! i wish!

Not every member gets the same surveys, Noswor. They send out hundreds of surveys to hundreds of thousands of panellists.

Well i joined loggied in to check, and i've got survey M6214 which won't work...and they emailed me with a reminder to do it! So i emailed them, but had a crap reply which didn't even help with the problem.

I can't log into my lightspeed account! but when I click on 'can't remember my password' it says 'You have not completed panel registration. Check your email for a confirmation letter'

it hasn't sent me one!!!
I'm sure I've done a couple of these surveys so why can't I login????
