have had the same the problem, took about 4 days for "lauren" to get back to me, saying i must have entered it wrong, then another 7 days to say would get a new one, did in the end though, just persevere. its bloody annoying though.

My partner recieved a £5 amazon voucher today, and it said it was redeemed already! what a sham! :eek:

He has emailed Lauren, but he wont hold his breath for a quick response

When i joined about 6 months ago i claimed £6 with paypal in about a month. But these past few months I havent even qualified for one survey

Me and OH both claimed an Amazon voucher last week and both are showing as redeemed when we enter them at Amazon. I emailed lightspeed twice before getting a reply - all they said was it is an internal system error and they are working on it!! No help really.

I've had two survey invites over the last few days; surveys M8113 and M7460. However, when I tried to complete both surveys I got an error message saying I paused my interview before I completed it. Has this happened to anyone else? :mad:

I have been with these for a while and i have also converted 230 of my points into £2.00 and was paid within 7 days have still points left over i like this site but that's only because i have had no problems....
