I tried to buy a £20 play.com voucher with one of my magnum cards earlier but it's deducted £1 from my balance leaving me with only £19. Hasn't authorised or declined yet though

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have managed to delete my claim email for one of my cards..still have the winning email but not the 'claim' one, do you think they wil reissue id/password?

Yes go to winner zone... click login and then at the bottom click forgotton username and password...and fill in your details and they will resend them to you...

I received another £90 in cards today all activated fine too. Still have one card that has not turned up from this batch hopefuly will arrive by end of next week, or I can feel a claim coming on LOL
