i must just say, in return for my 'free meal' my mum gets manicure, pedicure, eyebrows done, and my dad gets a haircut (i'm getting quite good at it now!)

and i don't really mind our friends coming round to use our heat and electric - we would have them on anyway.

Eat breakfast in the office

Take in your own cereal but use the office milk

Eat cereal for lunch for double the savings

Only wash your hair every other day.

Use tea bags for more than one cup of tea.

I re-use tea bags & leave them on the side. My flatmates think its funny & have often thrown them out, but I soon set them straight!!

Eat office biscuits & try and get some left over sandwiches from the Board Meeting :0)

My last company used to have company orange juice which was fab :0)

true, depends on your workplace I guess. We've been told they don't mind as long as it's not heavily abused. So be smart about it!
