What a laugh this thread has been :j
especially the bit about blowing your nose before you wipe your bum, dare i admit i've done that? No I wont admit it!!
i used to go to my parents 5 times a week for my tea and one day a week my dad would bring me my tea (spoilt I know!)
Also laughed about the tampons! i actually don't like to buy pads so my mam gets them and never asks for the money (good trick eh?!)
My extreme idea would be just live in bed, you don't need heat and you don't spend when you're asleep or go to the loo as much, or smoke and you don't need much food as you're not expelling energy. You wouldn't get dirty either so you'd save on soap - all round worth doing!!Official DFW Nerd 071/£2 saver=£10

I persisted for 9 months before reverting back to the pill. Have friends who have had the desired effect tho.
just a little note about the depo, it's better for you than the pill if you have breast cancer in your family.
I also thought it was a good idea but it made me pretty down and it worked as a contraceptive cos i didnt want rumpy pumpy.
it's not for everyone so look at the side effects.
back on with the fun nowOfficial DFW Nerd 071/£2 saver=£10

Rent your house out and move into your local airport - or into the office.
(If anyone from work is reading this, they'll start to get worried. Work for me is a 100 mile round trip, and I already stay over on the office floor one night a week!!!!!)Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0 -
Ummmmmm....before I chucked in my job to go self employed, I stocked up my new business with plenty of stationery "borrowed permanently" from my old work. Also they had all types of drinks and teas and coffee free so I had several cupboards full of that too....lasted me ages! Call it severance pay since the tight gits didn't give me a pay rise for years.
Also, if going to a party, decant cheapo vodka from Costco into empty Absolut bottle.....who'se going to notice after 10 drinks anyway? :-)0 -

It didn't occur to me that you could do this until I read a book called "a nice cup of tea and a sit down". They argue that why would we have one-cup tea bags if the average tea bag only made one cup. So, it stands to reason that you should be able to get more than a cup out of the average tea bag!
Also, I have one of those mobile phones that you sync up to your computer so that you have all your work emails on it. The plus side is that it charges your phone at the same time and no-one minds because its for work! That's the only good thing about my phone mind, useless piece of junk.
This is a wicked thread. I've been sat here ages reading and my boyfriend is getting annoyed with me!Debt Free Nerd No. 89, LBM: April 2006, Debt at highest (Sept 05): £40,939.96
