Id still thoroughly recommend the screen upgrade. and if you want to use it proper wireless for decent time get the extended battery.0 -

looks like it was a very short offer lol. I clicked thru it a minute ago and it had 512mb selected, now its gone back to 256 :S very odd!0

Yes kingkano isn't going mad... this morning (around 9:30am) it wasn't showing with a price at all for the most basic Inspiron 1300 when you clicked through and got to the configuration page it did indeed have 512Mb memory for £339 all in.
