I ordered 3 Razr phone from OneStopPhone in Jan, not as cheap as this deal but... OSPS and E2Save are BOTH owned by CPW

In fact the cash back vouchers I got were for e2Save not OSPS.

The phone was NOT an orange phone it was an unlocked unbranded Razr. I just got a contract SIM from Organge in an Orange evelope. I think CPW just get the phone themselves un branded an unlocked, add a SIM and ship it.

It means that for returns you have to pay for P&P with an Orange phone you call them and they take it way within 14 days.

So just to clarify my phones were unlocked.

E2Save are own by CPW so they are LESS (a lot less) likely to go under than these small outfits, due to their size.

I also got the e-mail saying that my order was delayed due to "system problems".

    Hi

Could e2save go under without it affecting CPW?

I ordered the £20 pay monthly package on wednesday evening and received my order today. However it says £240 cash redemption on the Offer Explained sheet instead of £280 on the confirmation email.
Has anyone else got this problem?

did you buy the 'clearance' stock or the 'new' stock?
If it's boxed then it's likely they have processed yours as a 'new' stock hence £240 cashback.
If not, call them ans tell them they have made a mistake!

I bought the clearance stock phone in the tight shrink wrap.

Called e2save on their 0800 no. about half an hour ago. Explained the situation to them and was told that the offer would have been a mistake and if I didn't want the offer, then return it back to them.

That's annoying. Then we could have been better off getting the X-net at £5 a month more, with full cashback too. I had an email saying my order could take some time... I just want to know that I've cleared the credit checks etc whilst the extra quidco offer is on.

12 Months FREE Line Rental on Off Peak X-Net 1000

A credit of £10.00 will be raised automatically by cheque within 2 months if you do not cancel your contract. You will receive a text message when this credit has been successfully raised.

To gain the remainder of your line rental / cash back please send your 4th, 8th and 12th monthly bills within 30 days of the date stated on the relevant airtime bill, to us and we will credit you by cheque with £96.67 each time.

This will save you £300.00 over the 12 month duration of the contract. In effect this means that your average line rental per month over the contract period is £0.00 per month.

Finally got through to e2save cashback customer service. Explained the situation and they noted the offer down. Therefore there will be 3 installments totalling £280. If I don't receive the correct amount then I would need to phone them back.
I see problems ahead. I must add the customer id I received for the web order was different to the invoice customer no. Even though it stated £280 cashback on their web site after I logged into e2save for my order it was no good because of the different customer no.
