I certainly wouldn't buy a MacBook Air as my main computer, but if I was crazy rich and had more money than sense, I would buy one in a heartbeat for sitting in front of the TV or throwing in my bag and carrying around with me.

I'd rather have a MacBook Air than a Pedion though! :p

I've my netbook for sitting in front of the TV and on the move, though I do have a PC connected to the TV so I can watch TV and browse that way but its a pain, good for movies though.

The only reason I'm still with Avast is because I read -- somewhere! -- that it auto-updates more frequently than Avira.

If you search the Avast configuration, the default setting is updates every 240 minutes, but can be altered.

Avira is now my choice as Avast took up too many of my meagre resources.
I'm only here evenings so it updates when I turn on.
    Move along, nothing to see.

Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.

Yes it was. But the press had a field day with that one too.

I still have a black Y2K mouse mat and matching coffee mug.

I am convinced they will appreciate in value more substantially over the next decade than the money in my savings account.

I know people will be jealous but just thought I'd mention it.
