The scan showed that I am expecting triplets:D:eek::D:eek:
:eek::eek: Wow!! That's a lot of babies in one go!! No wonder you're all muddled! Make sure you take it easy and let your Mum do all she can. I'm glad that everything is ok with the scan, albeit in triplicate.

AEB- WHAT - you have got to be kidding! Triplets, is there any age related likeliness for this then, I know that the more pregnancies you have the more likely to have twins, but wow. Here we were thinking disability. From the sound of it your house is big - if the number of windows are anything to go by, is there plenty of room?0

aeb - WOW! That's fabulous! (but scary). How wonderful! You're a frugal first here, I believe. If one's a girl, you'll have to call her Bluebell!:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0

That's really good Aeb, not just double trouble, but treble trouble. I can't remember how old your eldest child is, but I am sure that they will all be a great help to you.
I was 11 when my younger brother was born and then there was another 3 after him, so I was bringing up babies from that age. I don't have any of my own, but I don't feel as if I have missed out, my youngest sister is 19 years younger than I am, the other one is 17 years younger so I don't feel as if I have missed out on anything.
You will manage, we always do. xx0 -
My gosh - i think i am in a little bit of shock there at the triplets. They have been sent to you for a reason.
I think that will be a handful as your others were quite young aren't they, (seem to remember thinking my two were fairly close in age to yours) i don't know what i would do if i had been told that, but i'm a firm believer we are only sent what we can cope with. Hoping you have a smooth run now on in.
I am so glad it's half term next week. I got feedback today from my lesson observation which was an inadequate lesson, and i feel like a big failure. It's not like i've just started the job, and the basics just are not coming back to me like i thought they would. I am seriously questioning if i am doing the right thing staying in teaching. I feel like i am doing that badly, and not doing as well as i can with my kids because i am so shattered. Is it really worth it for a few extra pounds? It is making me even more determined to pay a big wedge off the mortgage so i have an option if all is not as i want it to be.
It really has got me down today.
I think a quiet day at home tomorrow just me and the kids. I won't be making any rash decisions, i need to give myself a fair crack at it, but i know it is not worth it if it is making me unhappy.
Sorry for venting. DH is at work and my head is churning a bit.

I'm sure things will settle down at work -- you're not long back, and I'm sure you must be having to pick up new things as well as get back to where you were before your Maternity Leave (from what I read/hear it seems the government are forever changing what our children are supposed to be taught at school, and what/how much paperwork teachers are meant to do!)Cheryl0
