Bad day today! Ended up screaming at Friend and rowing with Boyfriend-Who-Is-Not-Boyfriend over something so stupid and petty, and have just spent the last two hours getting myself wound up over a silly situation! Tired of stress!!

Hi guys,

Had worst panic to date today. couldnt leave house to go to work. Seen GP am back on anti ds, to join support group and finally see a counsellor.

unfortunately need time off work again, dont think i will be holding on to my job for much longer. i didnt see it coming again.

Am so tired today - Been babysitting all day and have the littlest one on the room with me tonight and he's apparently an awful sleeper! so I'm in for a sleepless night! All of which is triggering my depression, the first minor episode I've had since coming off the meds! But let's be positive - I know the trigger and can avoid the trigger next time.

As for the Tiffster, business as usual here at Tiff Towers - yes, that's right, utter chaos. Which was only doubled by the arrival of DS on Purrsday evening at the end of his first year at the Conservatoire for Dance and Drama. I can't believe he's finished the first year of his degree - I feel so old!
They finished last week and he's been out job-hunting even more over the last 2 weeks, with no success. They all want experience and not all are very understanding that he's doing a double BA (Hons) degree in Dance - it's like he was learning Martian or something. If they only thought about what it involved - physiology, kinetics, psychology of dance, history etc. It's far from an easy option. And they're as fit, or even fitter, than a pro footie player - I jesteth not! They're usually all in bed by about 9.30pm during term time.
Having said that, he hasn't gotten up before 1pm since he got home...if only the JobCentre was available on PS3. I suppose he is allowed a week of R & R.

The old pc has been playing up, as have various Tiffy parts, hence the Tiffy silence. I've got a feeling I'm about to get down to only having 7 lives instead of the current 8. Life number 9 disappeared during the 'Great Hat Fund Scandal of 2008' - I don't wanna talk about it!

I haven't read back properly yet, so I'd better get on with it.
