I may have to go back as I have no idea what it is. The pain I had was terrible the short time it lasted and I keep getting twinges. My skin appears to be very tender, so I hope it's external, but I can't see any difference, which worrys me.

I done some housework for a bit, I was only up cos Britney was on TV. Went to bed earlier and got about 2 hours the whole 9 I was up there :o

I don't have a console. It's usually the PC, the music channels and my cats that keep me occupied.

I will appeal the medical if it's a negative result. I have no real choice, I have too.

I'm going out with flatmate for a drink shortly (non Alcoholic) just to get out for a bit.

How are things with you today?
hi miro, i'm fine, thanks for asking.
had a lovely day out with ian and my sons yesterday, went to bridlington, cold but dry, and lovely fish and chips.
regretting having the fish and chips, as its weigh in at weight watchers tonight, only joined last week, haven't a lot to lose, going more to keep a friend company.

    hugs

I'll never understand how someone in an office, who has never spoken to you, can decide if you are fit for work. Even a Doctor on one 40 minute interview can't really decide. They should leave it down to GP's, CPN's and the like.

This is exactly what I feel. The doctor that saw me twisted my answers in his report and when I said I usually didn't sleep well he asked me more than once how my previous night's sleep was. Because I said I had slept ok he put on his report that I usually slept well. He also said I didn't suffer panic attacks even though I said I did.

Hopefully your doctor won't do this to you but it shows how biased they are before you even set foot in the room. How can walking to your appointment mean that you are fine?

Fingers crossed though that it goes in your favour. I really wish they would leave it to your own gp - he knows you best.

Fish and chips! I remember those days, before the body gave up!

Hopefully the weigh in tonight wasn't too bad :)

I'm expecting the Doctor that saw me to twist my answers too.

I told him that I often spend 12 hours in bed but didn't sleep all of it. I told him I slept about 5 or 6 hours and he told me that was pretty good.

When he checked my pulse, I wasn't sweating with fear, so that was an apparent issue.

I said I didn't like going out much as it made me panicky "but you got here fine" - it was only 2 minutes - "doesn't matter, you still got here on your own"

He admitted provoking me and trying to get reactions from me. He said at one point he was pulling my leg and stated "you don't mind me pulling your leg do you?"

    Bizzare.

It's the waiting that's doing me in. If I have to wait because it's positive, then fine, but if they are prolonging the bad news

I'm not sure what I shall do if it's bad news, i'll probably write an angry letter :o

I've got to try and stop getting so heated. Ever since my cat died, i've gone back to the days of when I could start a fight with my own shadow :o Every small thing is annoying me and making me angry.

I don't have alot of fat to lose (I don't worry about weight as I know muscle weighs) but when I lost the most fat, I was eating really badly. When I started eating better, I started adding again.

Fish and chips for you next Sunday again then ;)

    Hi guys!hello.gif
No, no, don't get up - it's only me with the smartie round.
    No-one up?
    Shame.
    Oh well, maybe tomotrrow!party0017.gif

Now don't start! I deserve these smarties - those tiffin' birds were up singing at 4a.m. today. I came downstairs and opened my kitchen blinds only to find two sparrows ''at it'', (for want of a better phrase), on the tiffin' fence! Being such an innocent Tiffster, I didn't know where to look.sEm_blush.gif Hey - who said that? I am not jealous!!!sFi_bat.gif

So a very early start to my day, whether I wanted it or not.rolleyes.gif Accordingly, I cannot be held responsible for my tiffing today - you know how important my catnaps are to me - so you have been warned!

Trying to be helpful as always however, please feel free to print this piccie off and post it on your desk where the boss can see it. biggrin.gif

A stray thought just wandered across my mind.
Does anyone else find it slightly suspicious that sazzy seems to go missing around the start of Big Brother every year? sCo_watchout.gif You watch - it happens when Wimbledon's on too.happy0062.gif Maybe sazzy and katie tulip are entering the doubles match this year?speechless-smiley-040.gif Keep your eyes on centre court everyone!

It's time I did some work. (See above photo again!):D Sending Tiffy hugs out to all those in need of one and to anyone who's struggling atm. Wishing you all safe journeys.
    Be kind to yourself, guys.sLo_hug2.gif
    Much Love,
