    today same thoughts are here, and i'm sat here in floods of tears, knowing its so wrong, trying to pluck up the courage to ring gp's

    I don't know if this will help Sock-knitter, but consider yourself {{{hugged}}}

    the Dr has signed me off for 2 weeks - I've told the boss. Does anyone know what the form is with 'fit to work' notes now - do I have to get it to my employer?
    Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.

    Not been sleeping well but feel OK considering my sleep patterns but I am losing my mornings, not getting off till 5am, up at 10am ish. Going to the doctors this week about it.

    Getting on better with my OH.

    Questions

    Do people who live with families or see them often feel under pressure to be in the 'right' mood all the time?

    Does everything have a domino effect when you feel good or bad?

    Are people around you kind to you when you feel under the weather or do they have a 'pull yourself together' attitude?

    Do people deflate you when you feel really good?

    Questions

    Do people who live with families or see them often feel under pressure to be in the 'right' mood all the time? I don't see the remaining members of my family very often, but they don't accept any other mood than 'happy', even if they are not themselves.

    Does everything have a domino effect when you feel good or bad? Yes - usually bad!

    Are people around you kind to you when you feel under the weather or do they have a 'pull yourself together' attitude? Pull yourself together attitude or ignoration of any issue I may have, even if some of them have been in the same situation.

    Do people deflate you when you feel really good? All the time. I sometimes wonder if they deliberately pull me down.

    Hope the GP goes well for you re:sleeping. I'm always tired and have no energy. Just another thing the GP's don't take seriously about me. I shouldn't be so tired that making a sandwich or a wrap appears too daunting.
