I'm confused??
Do you mean cos you haven't been taking them?0 -
You could give them back to your pharmacist for safe disposal. Have you talked to your GP lately?Signature removed for peace of mind0

I went through a bad patch at christmas and the doctor doubled my dose, but I have only been continuing to take 1 a day, so I have got 3 months of tablets hidden away. I have still been doing my prescription monthly.
If I hadn't been paying for the meds I might be prepared to give them to the pharmacist, but I don't want to waste money.
I haven't seen my GP in a couple months last time I lied and said I was taking the meds fine, Im in such a mess.0 -
heya, i totally understand what you mean by the jealousy thing, so don't worry you are not alone there.
And i also sometimes lie to the doctor. Sometimes i book the appointment wanting him to fix everything, and then realise I just can't open up, so say everything is fine. Its easier to say that than say all the terrifying thoughts that are rushing around my head at a million miles per second. But when you do go, and open up it really helps. They can only help you if they know how you're feeling, and it will make you feel good too for being open and honest - thats what i find anyway0 -
Thank you mezer3000
Im not usually such a jealous person but its crazy at the moment, I even thought my brother was going to propose to his gf at the weekend and I was jealous about that (it didn't happen and I don't know why I got it into my head, apart from they were going out for a meal) I am jealous about everything!
I usually go to the docs and say things are "fine" when they are not and only when I get to the really bad days where I just sit there and cry and say nothing apart from outburst between the tears. I always tell people to write down how they are feeling if they can't say the words but I forget when its me!0 -
Here's a friendly reminder ... start writing a few things down, cut and paste your posts here into a document if it helps, and tomorrow make an appointment with your GP. Just hand over the document if you can't speak.Signature removed for peace of mind0

Hi guys!
I hope that the folks who are struggling atm, are feeling a little better this morning. It sounds as though yesterday was rough on quite a few of us. What's wonderful about this thread is the way that people rally around to support others when they need it most and without judgement.Thank heavens we've got each other.
Just on a side note here, has anyone seen katie-tulip? I didn't see her post yesterday and she does every day usually. Hope you're not poorly hunnie.
Another early start for the Tiffster. He's done it again - cpn is due to land at 8.30a.m.We were supposed to go to a drs appointment together yesterday but there was an emergency so we couldn't go. Just as well really as I was feeling a tad under the weather. He managed to escape last week by throwing a plate of red salmon on the floor, but I'm ready for him this morning - oh the folly of stepping over the Tiffster's doorstep afore she's been fed and catnipped!
Right better go guys - he's due any minute. I will be back later I hope.
Be kind to yourself guys.
Much Love,
Tiff xxx"If you realized how powerful your thoughts are, you would never think a negative thought." ~ by Peace Pilgrim.***'You just got Tiffed!'***0 -
Hello Friends
How was Easter for you? Spent Easter Monday myself sliding down inside winding tubes at Basingstoke Aquadrome...ah...the joy of behaving like you're 10 years old again!
April is Beautiful Woman month...
The Beautiful Woman's Prayer:-
Now I lay me down to sleep I pray the Lord my shape to keep
Please no wrinkles. Please no bags. And please lift my butt before it sags.
Please no age spots. Please no grey.
And as for my belly, please take it away.
Please keep me healthy. Please keep me young.
And thank you dear Lord for all that you've done.
Audrey Hepburn was once asked to share her beauty tips. Years later,
it was read at her funeral......
For attractive lips....speak words of kindness
For lovely eyes....seek out the good in people
For a slim figure....share your food with the hungry
For beautiful hair....let a child run their fingers through it once a day
For poise....walk with the knowledge that you never walk alone
People, even more than things, have to be restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed and redeemed.
Never throw out anyone.
Remember, if you ever need a helping hand.... you will find one at the end of each of your arms.
As you grow older, you will discover that you have 2 hands: one for helping yourself, and the other for helping others.
Today, I hope you all know that you are beautiful and that you are cared about. Fellas as well. Pass it on! CB2X0 -
Mornin' everyone.
I am feeling a little eeyore-esque this morning and can't seem to snap out of it. Does anyone has some good (bad) jokes to cheer me up?0
