When I called a few days ago to check on status of order I was told they are just waiting on stock to come in. I also have a contract with 02 so I don't think that would be a problem. If I were you i'd call them and ask why I'd been denied.

Just an update. I called today to cancel my order. Guy didn't sound surprised either and didn't ask why. I think its disgusting they were taking all our orders without knowing their own stock levels and once it was out of stock the website was still saying in stock. I got a W800i in the end from hubbys friend so I'm still a happy bunny

Just been on the phone to E2Save in the past 5 mins and after 30mins wait, they informed me that i would not be receiving the phone as "Orange have discontinued it".

I think the SE W800i & D600 offers were put into place to drive traffic into their site (and E2SAVE knew they wouldnt be able to issue out these phones) - and as a result, they would be listed highly in search engines like google.


I also think Quidco have had a part to play in this too - Im about 90% certain that Carphone Warehouse and Quidco maybe part of the same company.

Sorry but I'm a bit baffled as to why Quidco had a part to play and why you think they are part of the same company.

Have just got off the phone with e2save;

I ordered phone on 6th; got email telling me to contact them as they needed to know my existing orange details (Which I had told them about in the application) - Phoned the details again on wednesday 8th - guy told me he would ring back within 10 mins - never did!

I rang today, and a guy called Ryan told me - They have 988 orders which are being cancelled. He said Orange have pulled the offer, and all these orders are being cancelled.

Is this not illegal - how can a company sell something, if they haven't got the product to sell - let me elaborate E2Save sell a phone and a bundle; they haven't got the phones but they sell anyway. Then they blame the bundle provider when the bundle gets pulled. I could have got other phones/bundles, but thought that I would get this one. Now I have lost the other options!

I've been thinking the same thing. I ordered mine on the 1st and got an email to say waiting for stock on 3rd. They were still advertising it as In stock on the site for at least 2 days, maybe longer. I think this is rubbish service.

Dose anyone know what is "On Pick List" (When I tracked my order from OSPS)?? :rolleyes:
So, according to most of u posted that w800i (free) is no longer available from e2save?? :question: Cause, when I checked my order its still saying "Awaiting Stock".
As far as I know e2save (and all others giving the same offer) withdraw their offers (k750i) since yesterday evening. However, OSPS still giving out k750i, but no longer free.

Oh, no. I was looking at that this afternoon and was going to get it instead of waiting for the W800i
I wonder if e2save is deliberately keeping us hanging on until there are no decent offers left but we've already talked ourselves into getting a new phone & contract so will settle for something less?
