I'd say you will be ok if you got your phone as the contract has been entered into. Its just us that didn't get the phones that won't get the cashback, I honestly didn't expect it anyway as the quidco website said you will receive cashback once your contract with orange is activated.:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. That sounds more likely I suppose but after the fiasco with E2save and Orange backpedalling on some of these deals it seemed a distinct possibility!0 -
e2save are giving conflicting advice. Customer service says 1 more week, apparantly 7000 w800i clearance phones in the ware house in london waiting to be sent out, website says order is still being processed, get a email saying orange has refused to give me a contract, web services section of e2save say that the contract is no longer being offered by orange so they cannot process the deal
NOW I CAN SAY E2SAVE IS IN A BIG MESS, AND THEY ARE LYING THROUGH THEIR TEETH. I AM SO PI***D.0 -
I forgot about this phone.....have no idea if I'm getting one or not any more, terrible company.0

I just got this e-mail....
Dear Mrs XXX
As all our customers are important to us we have been working hard with Orange to try and re-instate the off peak 1000 package that you recently ordered and as a result of this the off peak 1000 with 12 months free line rental is back!
We have 2 hero handsets available on this deal - the clearance V3, the thinnest handset on the market and the Clearance d600, the slide phone with the amazing 2mega pixel camera, these handsets are limited supply and this deal is only available until 4pm so order now to avoid disappointment.
Please reply to this email indicating what handset you would like and a confirmation email will be sent to you confirming all the details of the deal.
Remember this is a limited offer so reply now, our experienced advisors are waiting ready to dispatch your phone for Saturday Morning Delivery!
Kind Regards

I cancelled my order as I think they are a pants company. Looks like they lost a lot of custom and are now trying to claw it back.:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0 -
i got the same email, i asked for the d600 but doubt they will give it to me as i've already had 2 phones from cpw in feb and according to their policy only 2 contract phones per 3 months per customer.. (?)ummm...0

Would that mean we still get the Quidco cashback of £41.50 if we pursued?0

Could you tell me where it says 2 contract phones per 3 months per customer. Is the network restricting the number of contracts or the dealer?.0 -
this was in an email from cpw to me after i tried to order a clearance phone. I had previously ordered 2 o2 lines and the tried to order an orange line and they stated their policy etc.
I had a similar thing mentioned when i called e2save when i ordered the d600 and my ordered was cancelled, orange had ok'ed me for the contract and cpw said no. Funnily enough the sales rep told me max could be 3 at the discretion of a manager but i dont know how true anything they say is.Rakesh.Chauhan wrote:Would that mean we still get the Quidco cashback of £41.50 if we pursued?
Doubt it as they will probably create a new order, but might be worth a try but i dont think will stand a chance.ummm...0
