Watched working lunch and swapped Miss A's cub badges onto her bigger fleece. I cheated and used wundaweb but suspect I will have to sew round the edges at some point. Would have taken loads longer to sew them all on just now so a good job done :) Going to swap WM contents to TD and get some lunch.

It's easy :) cut the wundweb to the size of the badge making sure it does not show round the edges (otherwise your iron will get very sticky!) then simply place the badge with web between the back of the badge and the jumper and press in place :D taaadaah. Like I say you might need to 'catch' the edges of the badge later, but it will be some much easier. Have you got some wundweb? If not I can put some in the post for you.

Hello! I've been for my walk. I walked from MIL's to the Post Office in her village. It's not far, actually it was nearer than I thought, but it was enough! I think it took me about 10 mins. I was really scared while I was out and my legs felt really heavy like they were trying to stop me from going! Anyway, I'm really pleased I've done it and I'm going to keep going. Hopefully it will become easier. It's going to be a battle. I feel completely exhausted! Well done Toochoosey I noticed that you've done your walk. I think someone else did too, but I've forgotten who, sorry! How is the rest of the walking club doing?

Hugs IrieDaughter, hope your LO’s get better soon and that you feel better soon xx
SoftheSW well done for your weight loss, have just noticed in your sig!

Tag, that’s so funny about recording Mr Tag snoring! I might do that to Mr Rosepink! His snores are quite sweet really, sort of snuffley like a child. Sometimes he gets a bit loud tho and wakes himself up!

Hugs Pigpen, Tag and Mozzy, FFPrincess and family

Hellsbells, thanks for your comments on the Depression thread, interesting to hear what a real professional thinks about the ‘advice’ given over there!

Hi Viv, welcome to the thread

[quote Toots rosepink you are doing really well but whats this I see - running out of clean dishes ...again I think your walking is a brilliant idea and you could do it as a HHE? I know you arent planning doing 30 mins but you can do as much as you can. Do you have a dailies list? If not what about starting one with 2 things -
    1. Go for a walk
    2. wash dishes (at least 6 things!)
and then you would be able to cross them off and see you are achieving something everyday. You have come a long way as triker said and we want to help you go further.quote]
Yes, you are right. I need to do more washing up. It’s got bad cos I didn’t do any over the weekend. Thanks for the kick, I really need to get on top of it again. I would really like to follow your suggestion about the dailies list. I'm going to try to do some washing up now, then watch Doctors and go to sleep. I'm very tired!
