    morning!

not sure how much i will achieve today. i am considering going to the docs for once. i never go unless it's serious  - and that's the point! it's nothing serious but a few things creeping up together now and making it more and more difficult for me (can't sleep properly for months, back is hurting alot, shoulder is hurting alot, no energy, always tired, can't keep my eyes open after 4pm, ...)

    i'll try my best tho!

TAG & Pigpen - hope your sleeping problems are sorted out soon... I'll see whether I can send you some of my sleep vibes tonight, and if you'd return the favour and send me waking up early vibes, that would be great. I NEED to be properly awake at 6am every day and am struggling.

Managed to keep myself awake after the alarm went off, but wasn't properly awake, so didn't get anything done. There's been a frost, so too cold to go for a walk :o ... well it was too cold without thermals, and that would have meant digging around for them, so I have to try to fit the walk in before yoga tonight!

Normally I would have done a bit of flying instead, but it was as much as I could do to stop myself going back to sleep.

Anyway, I'm up now, lunch packed, breakfast eaten, conditioner decanted (at last) from 5l into bottle for bathroom.

Off to have a shower and dress, then just need to do my meter readings for imeasure before I head off to the office.

Hope everyone has a successful day.

ETA - nearly forgot to do my physio, but am doing it now!

I'm sure I've asked before, but what are you studying? It's sounds like exactly the stuff I spend my days ranting about :D

BA Consumer Studies..with a large chunk of Sustainable Consumption. This particular module is Contemporary Food & Drink, so we get to choose the topic and I chose supermarkets. For Food Marketing, we're working as part of a group and we are doing 'Feed Your Family Healthy Meals' and producing menu cards etc. Great fun :D You would love it greenbee.

Sorry pigpen....back to flying. The kitchen is spotless :D

Morning everyone - I'm in again this week.

Youngest son, wife and 8month grand daughter are coming over at the weekend from Dublin. DiL family will be here as well - they have decided to have the LO christened in England instead of Ireland - so I need to get ALL my fluing done this week.

Good thing is that everything has become so much easier after the last few weeks on the thread.

Anyway off to work - hope you all have a great day.

GREENBEE thanks for the list of ideas. I'm really getting into the habit of using vinegar as a cleaner. Will be straying across to the Green & Ethical shortly to decide what my next change will be. RE skin care. Have found a wonderful local company and am using there lavender range. Wonderfully soothing espec when I come into contact with to much chemicals or pollen.

Rosepink and any others straying over to the depression "support" thread. Please DON'T go there. As an ex CPN and also one who has suffered from depression, it is as helpful as a chocolate fire guard, some on there claiming to be specialists....well, I think the language I would use to describe there 'advice' or 'help' could get me thrown out! I won't comment further.

Well must get myself ready for Drs appt (med review) speak to you all later. helen
