Rosepink, you have come such a long way in such a short time I'm really impressed. Reading your posts and the transformation that you are going through is very heartwarming.

I just wanted you to know that I had noticed how different yours posts have become from when you initially posted here on the flylady thread. Its really nice .:D:T
Awwww, thanks sweetheart, that's a lovely thing to say! What a nice start to the morning!

I'm just catching up with the thread, hope everyone is ok. I've got to go to my MIL's this morning, and then take some books to the PO for DH, so thought I could walk from her house to the PO in her village - this will be at about 11. Will let you know how I get on.

Flyingwise, so far today I've washed up a knife! I will be doing more washing up today as we have run out of everything again! And then I will see what else I can manage. Glad it's kitchen day today!

(also spent way to long trying to find my list in the thread and losing my temper with the computer lol).
    !
Your plan sounds realllly really great! WELL DONE!

Just a tip on the list thing, I keep my list on Microsoft Word and then copy and paste it into the thread - this way I always know where it is and don't have to spend ages looking for it! The only thing is that you have to redo your strikes each time you copy and paste it, but that's just a minor prob really. HTH

    Morning all

Toots - Monday list all done

Also damp wiped the living room (and computer desk) and vacuumed through there and the hallway too on the way to the kitchen floor.

Two loads of washing on the line, it's cloudy but at least it's dry.

I opened the back door a little while ago to be confronted by Tigger (cat - horrible cat) with a starling in his mouth. I instinctively shouted at him and to both our surprises he dropped it. And it was still alive and scuttled off. So I forced myself to be nice to him and he came to me and I grabbed him and brought him inside. When I went back out there was no sign of the starling so it's either in the undergrowth or it has flown away. I'll keep Tigger in for a couple of hours. Must be the start of bird-killing season aka Spring. I hate it. When these cats are gone I'm not having any more, although to be fair the other cat doesn't catch birds. She brings back paintbrushes and washing up sponges, we have no idea where she gets them.

Fruit cake - dried fruit rarely actually goes off :D

That's what I was thinking, the fruit will need a good soaking though as it is dry! Will let you know the dates later :p

HHC results .......... one rather large hotspot in the kitchen cleared and work surface found and cleaned :rotfl:rather pathetic really but I choose to see it as another dot joined up (works for me!) now the aim is to keep it clear along with the other dots.

Off on another HHC, 10.20 anyone?

Same here with the cat thing, used to have them but OH couldn`t stand there killing sprees. Have you tried a collar with a bell!! This is a bad season for the birds re cats as they are starting to nest and will have babies soon. Just keeping them in a bit over Spring/ nesting time really can make a difference
