BA Consumer Studies..with a large chunk of Sustainable Consumption. This particular module is Contemporary Food & Drink, so we get to choose the topic and I chose supermarkets. For Food Marketing, we're working as part of a group and we are doing 'Feed Your Family Healthy Meals' and producing menu cards etc. Great fun :D You would love it greenbee.

Sorry pigpen....back to flying. The kitchen is spotless :D

I'm very jealous, but somehow don't think I could fit studying in with the current job, so I'll just have to keep on envying you!

I've got a copy of Shopped if you want it... although it may be a bit late.

Also if anyone wants back copies of The Ecologist or Natural Health magazines, let me know, as I realise I should be able to part with them

Physio done... 10.30 meeting cancelled... so now need to find out about the meeting I declined to go to it ... must get showered and dressed!

    hi to all,

I havent caught up on last weeks thread completely yet but love n hugs to all who need and want.

Ive obviously gotten into such a good routine with these lists that i cant NOT fly!! Ive just done my dad and stepmums kitchen who are both out at work and filled the washing machine. will switch it on after my shower. :D

Am off done to my mums soon and will help her with hers soon.

my house is all sparkly so will be clean when i get back, i will just have to dust, hoover, s&s every room when i get back to remove the layer of dust which has no doubt descended in my absence

Natty - bring your pooch along, dont worry about my little one. There has been a change of plan. He has decided that he is staying in Scotland for the hols with his grandparents, so it will only be me coming - no DS. I dont mind if you dont want to walk, i will sit with you and keep you company if the others want to walk, i dont mind at all.

Toots - One bored flylady reporting for duty!!!!! If you need a help with anything , remember im not far and am MORE than happy to come and help you with anything you need doing. You have my number, give me a call if you need anything - even a cup of tea made when your tired.

Pigpen - Loads of hugs. Loads and loads and loads and loads and loads and tonnes and lots and heaps and thousands of hugs.

Off to have shower then finish the kitchen, then am taking DS and his dog to the beach  which needs i will need to clean my car tomorrow

    xxxxxxx

GREENBEE thanks for the list of ideas. I'm really getting into the habit of using vinegar as a cleaner. Will be straying across to the Green & Ethical shortly to decide what my next change will be. RE skin care. Have found a wonderful local company and am using there lavender range. Wonderfully soothing espec when I come into contact with to much chemicals or pollen.

Good thread on Rosehip oil... it's the most fantastic stuff I've ever used on my skin - and I'm pretty sure my eyelashes are thicker and longer as well since I've been using it!

I've cleared the kitchen of last night's tea dishes so it's all ready for cleaning later, will clean the outside of the kitchen window today as the inside was only done the other day, but the outside is grotty off all the rain last week. I've put the rubbish out too, and done other odds & sods.

Don`t understand why I can only post quick reply and not the Post reply with all the smilies etc!!

Anyway, morning gorgeous flyers. Sunny day here. Washing on line DS1 at college DS2 at school but little DD off with a nasty bug. Very high temp cough and sore throat.

Washing on line and about to fly. Hugs to all
