    Evening

Thanks for the list Pigpen & Toots

I shall start putting my flying skills back together this week, slowly though so probably not any stars, but I will see how it goes.

Toots, I am aiming to get my stars each day this week as we are off down the van for the 2 week Easter break and am sick of rushin round on a Friday, plus DD's school finishes at 2.30 on the Fri. so I will be taking her with me when I finish work at 1.15ish(what are they going to do in an hour?)

Being the 'keeper of the stars' I see that we(me included) are slipping back into our previous habits of leaving everything to the end of the week again or until the Easter Holidays. I know a lot of you have VERY busy working lives and find you havent much time for doing a whole list during the week and therefore end up try to catch-up at the weekend. You are depriving yourselves of your relaxation time - please please dont think I am having a go at you! I am just concerned

Toots - that's exactly what I think! What has changed me on doing this thread? Before I spent all day Sunday cleaning and thought why do I want to work all week and spend all weekend cleaning, I don't want to.

I left it as a result. Doing some each day has been a big help and left the weekend more or less free for me to do what I wanted. Returning to work is a worry for me as I want to keep up with the thread and doing a room a day to at least Level 2, with a small catch up list at the weekend if need be.

I am going to reorganise my after work time from slumping in front of TV and laptop all night. I have been surprised at how much I can do in 30-60mins on the list, which is fine by me.

    AFTERWORK PLAN:

Take dogs out as soon as get in from work
    Give dogs their tea
    Spend 30mins on the list
    Have my tea
    Do another 30-45mins.
    Finish off with dailies

    DAILIES

    Have a proper tea
    Wash up
Have a shower, have at least one hair mask and face mask a week to use up stockpile
Get work stuff ready for next day including lunch out of the freezer

Otherwise I will just vegetate infront of the TV on the laptop and not move and then go to bed

Thanks for your PM's Boddy and Mudders

Hi Laura, Debtcruncher, Vanilla, Ashia and Moonflower, nice to meet you :hello:

Walking tomorrow: I will be doing my walk either before or after I've been to my MIL's and then posted some books for DH. Sorry to be so ambiguous! It will be at either 10ish or 1ish. Anyway, what I suggest is that those who want to do it can either do it at the same time as me - I will post when I'm going, or you can do it when you like and then just post that you have.
I was wondering about starting a seperate thread, but thought if Pigpen doesn't mind we could leave it on here for now and if we end up clogging the thread up too much we can start our own one. Hope that's ok with everyone. I'm going to aim for 15 mins to start with, if you want to have your own goal for more or less time, or a distance, that's fine! I'm so grateful you are all going to help me! So far Lil-me, FFPrincess, Boddy, Toochoosey, SGT, Flower, and Natty are joining in and Mozzy is going to cheer us on!

    I've got no excuse now not to go out for my walk! I would be letting you all down. So thanks for helping me :j - me preparing! :T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T to you all and here's a  for afterwards!

    I'm in.

Well went for a power nap at 5, woke up at 8.30 , oopsy. So got up a rustled up a sunday dinner like yer do.:D

OH home and tired so he's gone to bed too. DD1 and 2 are still poorly, achey, chesty and generally run down. Neither have got out of their jammies all weekend so its been quite chilled out here again.

Toots hun for me, some weeks, I find the friday night splurge re flying a really good system and it works for all in the Triker household to get flying.:D

Some days I don't get in from work until really late in the evening so am not able to get much done. But I do try.

So I'll carry on with the system that works for me if thats ok, I'm with AlwaysHappy, I've done more in the last few months than I have in 40 years so something is going right.:j

Rosepink, you have come such a long way in such a short time I'm really impressed. Reading your posts and the transformation that you are going through is very heartwarming.

I just wanted you to know that I had noticed how different yours posts have become from when you initially posted here on the flylady thread. Its really nice .:D:T

holly even though I cant work I dont want to be cleaning at the weekend either!!! I will happily give you a shove through the week!!!
    greenbee - well done
toochoosey - you will just have to keep Friday uppermost in your mind and get going this week.
fedupandskint well done thats a brilliant looking plan - I agree its nice to flop and watch tv but then the housework begins to annoy us so get some of it out of the way if you can before you sit down.
LadyL I know honey that you wont be able to do all the lists (much as you would like too) but I am sure you will be able to cross off a few minor things and increase it every week - be careful and be good xx
dusty hope you have a good sleep after your visit with Rose (((hugs)))

Ok I am going to log off and head for bed - I need to practice what i preach and get some of the kitchen done tomorrow - I have cleared the worksurfaces ready for cleaning so thats a start and the DW has been on.

    hugs to everyone
    night night and sleep well

    toots xx

Thank you pigpen for doing the thread - especially when you have so much on your plate just now. Hope the assignments are going well and you are managing to have time with Ds, Gf and little Jacob before they leave.
