Found diamond ring... but no proposal!

Hey,,
Well here goes, this has been frustrating me for the past 3-4 weeks!
I went on a Snowboarding holiday with the other half last week in Feb/First Week in March.
One of the days we were theyre, I went back to the apartment with a headache and left him on the slopes.
I couldn't find the medical bag, thought it might be in his suitcase so decided to have a look.
Only I didn't just find the medical bag but a diamond ring..
Got all exited put it back - not wanting to spoil the suprise!
Only there was no suprise.... and still hasnt been.
We've been together 3 years.
Now i'm really frustrating and agonizing over why he hasn't proposed? I'm reluctant to say anything i case he has something planned, but every day he doesn't it just frustrates me more!
What should i do?

The act of proposing isn't as easy as you might think. Wait - he may have not found the right moment yet. Oh, and just because you thought it was the right moment doesn't mean it was right for him.

oh god, the excitement would kill me. I am awful, i dunno how i would keep that in. Anything i find i have to blurt out!!

I have to agree with everybody saying don't do anything! It obviously wasn't the right time for him and he has clearly giving quite a bit of thought to his proposal (hence the exact right ring you found) and wants the moment to be just as special.
I am assuming you will say yes when the time comes and you already know he is half way there and has done OK so far with the choices he has made ( about you and the ring!) so give him time and he will finish the job perfectly I'm sure.
How exciting! So try to just enjoy the anticipation and don't spoil his surprise x0 -
