Do they send you all the details of when to claim the cashback with your phone? I don't seem to see anywhere onthe site about it??

they do send all cashback details with the phone - delivered next day (or as promised).

they also have details of cashback online - click on the free gift column - one that says something like "12 months free". that will show a popup with cashback details.

you also get a confirmation mail with cashback details as well - this is sent when dispatch is made.

When using Quidco do you get a pop up message stating the transaction is being tracked or an email.
  • e2save Pink Razr V3 (clearance) Orange off peak x-net 1000-full year rental £300 redeemable by 'cashback'

I registered with then ordered through Quidco 28/02/06
Got confirmation of order by email 1/03/06
Got acceptance of order by email 1/03/06
Got dispatch info including Royal mail tracking reference by text & email in the evening 1/03/06 saying delivery before 1pm 2/03/06
Purchase showing on Quidco early hours of 2/03/06
Got package from postman 8.15am 2/03/06

Blister pack has all accessories with it, pack label says 'unit is cosmetically slightly imperfect but electronically and mechanically guaranteed'
I think this is because the flip up bit and battery cover are a very slightly different pink to the other fixed bits of the phone, can't see anything else.
Pack contains very clear detailed information about how to claim Cheque Back redemptions including a table to check which is 4th bill etc.

Unbranded (no network logo) phone was already connected to Orange network when I put it on charge.
My 02 sim works so I guess it's unlocked too!
I won't be making any Orange calls until off peak but so far so (very) good.

I'm slightly stunned at the effeciency of this transaction.......

Does Quidco pay £41.50 for each separate transaction or can you only do it once by clicking from their link?

I got email confirmation from Quidco that you do get £41.50 for each separate contract that you take out.
You will get £41.50 for each new completed contract, however you need to put them through as separate orders. If you did one order for 3 contracts you would only get one £41.50 amount.

Make sure you clear your cookies between each order also.

    It's tommorow.

I'm glad accountnurse is happy with e2save, but sadly not everyone is happy with their efficiency.

The way they have dealt with the D600 Clearance on orange has been an absolute shambles, and I even telephone them this morning to get an alternative on a normal contract aswell and again despite being told I'll have the phone in the morning, my order has still not been processed.

Two upsets in two days is a little too much, and I would find it hard to recommend e2save.

my wife and i have ordered 5 phones over the last month through e2save. And I have always received the order as promised. so can recommend them.

its possible that you have been unlucky (or us lucky everytime!) or perhaps the phones that you ordered are in short supply. of course not a valid excuse, but they're generally seem to be quite good with orders. and good with cashback too.

Seriously though, I am normally quite unlucky so perhaps you're right. I've just called e2save as I was promised delivery of a phone today (I've taken day off work). The order tracking system said being processed, but on speaking to them my order had been moved into the wrong 'queue' so it was being tracked rather than picked. So in other words I'd have never got the phone !

Still, they chap was helpful, and has now promised (80%) that I'll get the delivery on Saturday. So I'll have to wait and see whether this materialises.

You're right about the short supply though - a phone that was in stock one minute is not not expected for over a month !
