    Evening all!

i have had the most horrid 24 hours and feeling very down and upset today and all my plans have gone to waste and its my first weekend off in 3 weeks!

my neighbour from hell had music and house full of idiots from 130am and it was ongoing until 9am when i finally couldnt stand to be in the house and drove to my parents in a bad way!

cried loads today as no sleep and feel stupid and a coward that i couldnt get the courage to bang on their door.

trying to find some positives from today,
    its a NSD!
My mum did a load of my washing.
i am staying at the parents so have been fed and watered.

oh well maybe after a good nights sleep at my parents it will all seem better in the morning!!

    big hugs to everyone!

Sorry to hear about the horrid neighbours.

Is this something that happens regularly? If so, you should contact the local environmental health - it's not fair that you can't even rest in your own home.

Glad the TLC from your folks is helping.

    hello everyone

Busy day. Was up late and actually got a lie in this morning. 8.30am Woo Hoo woohoo1.gif

Then got a call about half nine to ask if I could return loan pony (eeyore) HSEeyore.gif by 11am so they can take him out for a ride! Panic. I quickly got ready and luckily he was easy to catch today. He is moulting though and I dont feel I gave him enough of a groom and hadnt had time to clean his tack so was a bit rushed. When I dropped him off with his herd, I walked back to yard then had to muck out and clear out all the crap I have gathered. Realised just how much I had spent in the last 4 months!! Almost £600!!! Was meant to be a cheap option!! So, yes, I am sad to see him go but it was time and it got it out of my system. Got to chat to cute student I have major crush on (poor guy) and offered to help with lambing coming up in next couple of weeks....would love a shot!

Then I got DD and her friend to come up and do some digging for me as they did such a great job the last time. Unfortunately I am not so happy this time around. They didnt do as much as i had hoped and left loads of branches and turf just lying so I had to go out and clear it in the dark. They have done a bit of the border bed for my fruit bushes and cut down the overhanging branches from the valley which joins my garden, which means I can put the shed up - when I get it!! No sign of getting my veggie beds done though th_footstompingsmilie.gif I am wondering if I would be better to get some quotes for getting this area cleared as it is a big job and would be done in 1/2 day from someone with the equipment rather than us trying to lift a 10m x 3m turfed plot. Need to weigh up the cost vs time issue

Went to work to pick up the 7 large planks they have found for me to make my beds but I couldnt fit them in the car at all. (I only have a wee Ka) so I went to the dump site at work, where they burn all the old stuff, and had a scavenge around this. Managed to pick up 15 smaller planks which I intend using to make a border around the fruit bushes area. If any left, could make a smaller beds. There was some more bits and pieces including some fence posts etc so might go back tomorrow. I also have to bag up and collect loads of topsoil on offer (as much as I want for nothing!!) They also have mature manure so will get some of that.

So as well as all that (sorry for long rambling post) I have.....

    - done daily scratchies (10p, 10p)
    - checked to see if any of my TMA scores are back yet (waiting on 2 and none back)
    - checked facebook and friend has offered to possibly help with the planks tomorrow yay.gif
    - got registration pack for OU course starting in October so looked over paperwork to check I still want to do it
    - done a couple of washes and hung them up over doors etc
    - got a letter from mortgage company with official notice that if dont stick to repayment plan, they will apply for withdrawing of the loan (ie repossession). Thats ok, was expecting it but will copy and send to bank to try push my bank reclaiming thing
    - didnt give dd a lift down to her friends (to save on petrol but told her it was so I could do my next TMA)
    - went for the large monthly shop and resisted buying loads of fresh produced based on fact I will be growing my own (silly I know as I have no history of success in this area nor will I have a crop ready for some time - I just couldnt stomach £2 for a pack of leeks
    - bought washing tablets instead of pack of powder cause I always use far too much

I think that is all I have done today. Now am going to work on finishing my blog for the 101 in 1001 days challenge you all inspired me to yesterday. I only have about 40 things on my list and am actually struggling to come up with more ideas. Have split it into easy, medium and hard challenges

SM - glad about the happy hoof - I love it, smells SO good

I have lost my get up and go....its got up and gone! Ive been feeling so lethargic over the last few days :( I really need a kick up the bum! :o

    Today I have:
    • Checked banking
    • Job searched - nothing
    • Been researching a possible home job and been looking into that more
    And I will:
    • Do some housework (always cheers me up lol)
    • Off to DD show this afternoon and will buy bogof pepsis in Wilkos rather than buy drinks at bar in intermission (£1.20 for a coke there  and only 89p for 2 in W)
    • Off out tonight and will take £20 with me for me and OH
    • Meals from stores (lasagne for tea)
    • Pop some daffs over to the cemetery
This weekend I would like to achieve:
    • Sort all the clean washing currently stacked up and get it PUT AWAY (driving me round the bend)
    • Start sorting through the book pile, its so huge!
    • Sort out some paperwork
    • Sort through DVD cupboard and take out anything thats no longer watched/wanted/the right age
    • Get the animals cleaned out (save time on monday)
    • Get the sheets changed (save time on monday again)
    • Get some washing done and dried, or the kids wont have any school clothes, flippin rain!
Not sure if I will manage above, but think it will help how I feel if I can get them sorted :o

Will try and get back in tomorrow with a list :) Have a good day everyone!

Got housework done which cheered me up, also got the beds stripped and in the wash. Night out was cancelled so we got a bottle of wine and have stayed in. The kids were upset that Nanny wasnt babysitting so she promised to babysit on monday night and kick us out whether we like it or not :rotfl:

When I went to Tesco for wine I accidently went into the clothing section :o and bought myself 3 tops (£5 total) and DD 2 shirts (£4 total) and *drumroll* I got 2 pairs of SOCKS to cheer me up, 1 pair with cherries on, 1 pair blue with daisies on :T In traditional MSE DFW style I got sale clothes, socks on offer, and used MOC *takes a bow* :money:

And I think I found my get up and go at some point today, think it really helped to get some stuff done :j

Apologies for any typos, Ive spent ages checking, got wine brain....

Oh and wilkos are sneaky bugs, they have put the pepsis up to 97p each!!!

That is awful dizzy, had neighbours similair to that and i started to feel like i was going insane with anger! Remember you can phone the police about it as that unacceptable and to be honest if someone is doing that at that time of morning they obviously have no common courteousy for anyone else and i doubt they would listen to you going round there.

Hope you get a better night's sleep. Otherwise what you could do is when it goes quiet over there, so you think they have gone to sleep, put your music on really loud pointing your speakers towards their walls and then go out and leave it on and see how they like it:rotfl:

Am back from giving my treatments, just cleaned the bathrooms and tucking into a nice glass of wine.

Am happy as i got two free bottles of wine and two free bottles of coke courteousy of my mystery shops for today.

Don't forget clocks go forward an hour tonight, not impressed at loosing an hour of being productive, will have to work super hard tomorrow!:rotfl:

Do you mind if I ask some advice?

I am working really hard on my essay and work etc is really busy. My posture has gone to pot and I end up with quite a sore back. I feel it would be fair to treat myself to a massage when I finish my essay and to encourage me to get into looking after myself (am going to find a yoga class in April and start walking for 30-60 mins per day).

I have had a couple of poor massages where it feels like they are just stroking your back and really want one where the masseuse (sp) really irons out the knots.

Would going to the local college be good enough? How do I make sure I get what I want and need?

    Thanks in advance
