    But surely its better to know spud - than not?? And no mater what the results you can manage any risk much better when you are fully informed - and take steps to reduce it (thats even if there is any) :D

    in case you hadnt realised, I'm a bit of a 'bury me head in the sand' kind of girl :D

    snags, make sure you calibrate the nike+ every few runs...I tend to map my run then calibrate it at the end cos it seems to gain a bit of ground every run.

    You can also change the settings in the nike settings to miles (sorry if you have already twigged that one but it took me ages....it then does the history of your runs into miles too)
