It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    Advice on what
Well I broke down at Bristol Airport back in Jan cause my battery was flat. I made the call to the breakdown service and out they came. They started me up and then we came across the fact that I had no brake fluid in my reservoir. So the breakdown guys told me that I didnt have the requisite insureance to recover the car to my destination and a tow would cost me about £500 but they could tow me to their garage as it was less than 10 miles away. So I agreed thinking that would be it and out came their tow truck. Now I have just received an invoice from Green Flag saying that I owe them for a 2nd call out charge for £47.73. I dont want to pay this and am about to email them and was hoping for your useful input before I do. :)

Looking at their web site, all breakdown packages include no callout fee and local vehicle recovery

I know what they are driving at. The company responded to the original call out and got me going and then it became apparent there was a brake problem which couldnt be fixed and so had to call the tow truck out. And its that 2nd call they want to charge me for. I dont think ive got a hope in hellp but I know how help there is on here if you see what i mean

They didn't get you going. You had a brake problem all along and they mis-diagnosed it.

Ok Im with you, but I did report in that the car was dead and there was no power anywhere. They started it up and then the brake problem became apparent. But at no point did anyone SAY to me that I would be charged for the 2nd call out. Of course it may have been in the small print in the paperwork that I signed but hey it was dark :D
