Every single one.
Aside from the k-beater, whisk and dough hook, the ones I use the most - once a week or more:
liquidiser
mincer / sausage making attachment
slow speed slicer / shredder
high speed slicer / shredder
citrus juicer
ice-cream maker
coffee grinder
wheat mill
All are very useful, um, if you use them!:o
I have all the rest and use them all ocassionally. The pea sheller is the most fun, loads of entertainment esp. if you have kids! The potato peeler is only good for me if i am doing a huge amount or new potatoes, I think it's easier to wash up a little hand peeler than the big old bowl. I recently got the pasta maker but haven't used it yet, not sure why as I have heard good things about it.

Hi
I've got (well it's in the post :j ) a Chef 901. I've already got a food processor but it takes a lot of space and I'm thinking of getting rid of it and getting the high speed slicer/shredder for the Chef. Could someone tell me the thickness of the thickest slices this will produce? One of the reasons for getting rid of the proper processor is that both its slicing discs make thin slices and I prefer chunky ones (thinking of carrots, leeks, etc). Would rather get a new knife if the slices are going to be thin!
Thanks in advance
