    Check your invoice as these are charging the full £3.49 even if they cancelled the original order.I know its only a small amount but its a no no :naughty: when they take a payment from your card once the order is cancelled.

    I'm confused! If they cancelled the original order then you must have re-ordered? Surely the price when re-ordering was £3.49? Hadn't the code been removed when the email was sent out?

    Anyway, mine are planted! I've got 16 strawberry plants in total this year of 3 different types. Yum!

    I did not re order any plants and I 've deleted the cancelation email some time ago so can't check the exact reason.I have however found a copy on here and I am waiting for a reply from them.

    My original order price was around 40 odd pence after discount, they charged me £3.49 after canceling the original one without my authorization for the new one.

    Naughty people.
