I really wish people would learn the difference between 'your' and 'you're'.

I even saw a Birthday card on a shop shelf once saying ''Now Your 40''. Now your 40 what...? :rotfl:
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Guilty as charged! :o
Grammar has never been my strong point but as long as I can understand what people mean I don't have too much of a problem!

However I must agree with Oopsadaisy one big block of text is very difficult to read without losing track of the content!

As for the post in question as well as the block text, what was the question? Or was it just for information?

What went wrong??? You've used a paragraph.

Still reads like a 5 year old high on E27.

This ongoing saga is more riveting than a soap opera, and as entertaining as the multi-identity Perky with his incessant trolling and misinformation.

We could make a 21st Century rewrite of the 80's teen flick Porky's based on the antics of a rotund rubicund PPC operator..... "Perky's" perchance?

Two single lines treated as paragraphs Should I have used one?

    Hi guys,

It seems nothing much has happened with these scam artists, and I am getting letters that aren't even anywhere near my reg plate!!!

Also, on a more pertinent note, if one has a hire car and simply forgot to pay for whatever reason, where do they stand? The hire company will most likely pay the fine, or pass it onto the driver, putting them into the firing line, as they won't know it's all a scam. It's fine to ignore the fake correspondence when it's coming directly to you, but what about a third party and a hire car co who have all your details?

    Look forward to your replies.
    Thanks

Good rental companies will ignore the scammers as they know they are scams
Average rental companies will pass the scammers the details of the person whom rented the car (who could still not be the driver)
Bad rental companies will pay the scammers and charge you the invoice and a lovely admin fee onto your card.

Is it worth contacting the hire co and explaining to them, and providing a link to this site? Will that actually work?

Also registered on the APOCOA website with reg plates, address and payment details... (to manager more than one car and pay by text)

Most hire companies don't have in their terms about private parking companies invoices, what they have is about council PCNs and police FPNs, often they pay a PPC ticket and charge an admin fee and deduct your card. What you can do then is send a letter before action saying you are suing them, and will take them to the small claims, they are breaching the contract. You can also try a chargeback with the card issuer , and if they refuse include them in the small claims - well I think so anyway.
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

I have made enquiries with the solicitors registration authority they have confirmed Graham White Solicitors ceased trading in November 2005 and are not viable and I believe cannot request money from anyone as they are not solicitors and roxburgh by using their name are I believe are breaking the law I will be making further enquiries with the FSA regarding this and trading standards to ask them to investigate any requests for money and or their practices I ask all of you do the same!!

Oops a daisy (stupid name btw) Who do you think you are? The oracle of this forum? What business is it of yours what people do with their time? You just sit idle and continously wait in desperate anticipation that someone replies to a thread. And bingo - your ready to pounce with your negative and teenage quips. Look at the amount of posts you have made! How on earth can someone live like that. You are in serious need of going outside from time to time. Its quite a problem you have. Get a life or see someone you cyber-space-creep! (watch how this message gets reported -because you go and cry in your dark room with no friends)
