I'll be honest I have never watched the Galloway speech in Washington, now let me state, I don't much agree with Galloway's politics, but this has to be one of the best speeches of put down I have ever heard, an oratory masterclass.0

I despise Galloway. I lived in Wapping when he was my MP and when they came around canvassing (for the local elections IIRC) I told his minions that if they carried on with our building I'd chuck the lightest one off the balcony. (Probably not my finest moment).0

he's a complete piece - the funny thing was that the US think that he was some complete fruitcake as they'd never heard of him. he's a nobody.
he's an entertainer not a politician - just look at his website, books and radio shows.

to be fair the same can be said about Nelson Mandela - he had some 'interesting' times when he was younger
