I set up an account & phone order with them 29th Nov, got a freepost envelope from them 21st Dec, posted my phone 23rd Dec (knew I should have popped back on here before sending :mad:) and have heard nothing since.

you posted your phone on the 23rd Dec.... geez give it time - there has been crimbo/NY since then so things are likley to be a bit slow...
also - if you are sending it without a tracking service and they claim they have not got it... then really you do not have a leg to stand on
but jmf76.... give it another week - esp with the snow and what not which will add to postage delays...0 -
