I have used a couple of the different mobile phone recycling companies and Mobile Phone Buyer by far are the most professional, reliable, easy to use and most importantly paid far more for my phones than the rest of them. Received payment three days before the promised date and my emails were answered very quickly.
Give them a try they are excellent. I have made over £500 selling mobile phones that were laying around the house the family no longer wanted!!
10 out of 10 for service!!0 -
Have to agree with Olivia - as I've said on other posts Mobile Phone Buyer are the best.
They consistently offer the largest amount of money for my phones.
They are the only ones that I'm aware of to promise a time frame within which to pay you - 7 days after they receive your phone.
Customer service is top notch.
They dont reduce your payment if they claim there are faults with your phone - if they accept it, warts and all, the price they quote is the price you get.0 -
Posted phones Sunday 28th, received by them on 2nd, money in bank 13th.0

Hi, the feedback on here for this company helped me choose them, so I wanted to add to it.
I had absolutely no problems at all in selling a phone with Mobile Phone Buyer. It wasn't the best quote by about £3, but seemed the most reliable. I got the quote, posted my phone and accessories (which aren't necessary but I have no further use for them) to them by recorded delivery a week later. I tracked the order through their website and in under a week from posting they confirmed the phone was working and they would pay the agreed amount. The money hit my bank account two days later, just eight days after I first sent the phone.
This is the first time I've used a phone recycler so I can't say if they are better or worse than others, but I'd be very happy to use them again.0 -
Has anyone got any feedback on this lot that didn't join just to sing their praises?0

Okay so last time I used Money 4 ur mobile & I found their service pretty prompt.I received an email when they took delivery of my phone & cheque was in the post within a wk of them receiving it.This time however I'm still waiting for a confirmation email, this is despite the fact that when I went on the website they received & tested these phones tuesday 4th. I've seen posts where people said they received an email, was this to say they'd received the phones or they were sending payment?Either way I have received no correspondence regarding my phones & I dnt like feeling like I'm in the dark.Debt £16,000

i used envirophone - it said id get £40 for my phone. i was sent the envelope quickly. when i sent it off to them i sent my phone cover as i no longer needed it. about 2days later i received an email saying theyd received it and as soon as theyd checked it id be sent a cheque. after about 10 days i hadnt heard anything more so called them. i got through straight away to a nice lady who explained that they were awaiting me to accept reduced offer, of £42.
i explained that this was an increase of £2 she beleived it to be the fact that id sent my case. i obviously accepted and she said shed process staright away. three days later i received my cheque for £42!! .
overall im very happy with the service and would recommend to my friends0 -
Make sure you use registered or recorded delivery! I decided to use 'mobile phone buyer' after reading feedback on this site. Was offered £110 for my iphone and received freepost envelope. Put the phone in envelope and handed it in at post office without sending registered or recorded (My own stupid fault I know!). This was nearly 2 weeks ago and they say they never received it. £110 down the drain.0
