I received an email over the weekend apologising for not doing a callback on my original online application just before the deal was withdrawn. They said by ringing in and quoting a n offer code the deal was available up until 22nd April. So I at least have that as backup aswell as the phone call that they will still honour the 5 yr 3.99%

Just had confirmation that our offer will be in the post in the next couple of days. Applied March 18th, referred to underwriters. Documents sent in March 23rd - took 1 week to show up on their system. Valudation carried out April 2nd.

All in all, 3 weeks from start to finish. Not bad at all. Customer service has been great. Can't fault them so far.

It certainly didn't look unique, but I forget what was at the start of it, ended 399 anyway. I will check my emails tonight as I can't access them here and post it.

Been impressed with the service to be honest, given I rang on the Friday after it was withdrawn, didn't get keyfacts/letters until mid lastweek. Sent in proof of earnings/DD mandate last Friday. Rang them yesterday to check about the offer still being the 5 year fix (despite the keyfacts being 2 yr fix) and they said on the phone the offer was in the post already. So 7 working days from appllication to offer.
