    well , it certainly appears at the moment there is not going to be no 5 year fixed deals below the 4% mark !!!!! if anything 5 year deals are on the up !!!

    Apart from a few exceptions that I am sure will disappear iminently there aren't any 5 year fixes below 4.75%! All of them now seem to come with hefty product fees!

    3.99% was a cracking deal - particularly with the "free legal".

    IMHO give it another few months and you'll be able to count the number of sub 5%, 5 year fixes on one hand!
