SSL - let me know if you're free when you're in Liverpool and I'll come over if I'm free as well.

    Fab...we can have a north west/midlands meet :D (Have I got my geography right? ;) )

I'm free on Thursday 2 April in the afternoon/evening, Sat 4 April all day and then I'm back down and free on Friday 1 May. Any of those good for you?

I'm going for a lie down and to read in bed. See you later, hopefully on the new thread!
Hugs to Dusty, sorry it's been a hard week and hope your DH is better soon xx

I can possibly do next Saturday if I sweet-talk DH to look after the kids again!

    Evening folks!!

Well today I haven't felt as though I have done a lot - but in total I think I have done six loads of washing :rotfl: Worryingly, I still have a full laundry basket of towels to wash

I have also done the dishes, made dinner, dusted, cleaned the light switches and dusted the tops of all the doors (Urgh, there be dragons...) All of the washing which didn't go out on the line today has been put on the hangeruppery and all I have left to do is sort out the clean washing before I go to bed.

I'm not going to be doing any housework tomorrow as I have a meeting in Birmingham to go to - I have to be at the airport for 6am to check in and my flight home doesn't leave until somewhere after 8pm. I'm going to be knackered and have no inclination whatsoever to do any flylady tasks!

Enjoy the rest of your evening all.

Oh great can I post them to you too - I always save stamps and we have 15 pints of milk a week so I can keep those too - anything else?

Feeling a bit down this evening, it has been an arduous week. Poor hubby has a cold (no jokes please he is never ill and if he is just carries on like a trooper unless he is in physical pain when he faints a lot).

Not looking forward to this week much either. Another morning at Nan's sorting tomorrow but at least I'll have the company of my friend.

Right I need to put 2 more things on ebay and then ironing is the order of the evening.

Dusty - Firstly, huge hugs for you; you are doing really well at a very difficult time. Hugs for hubby too.

Secondly - if you don't mind posting them, all will be gratefully received. Naomi House lost millions in the Icelandic bank collapse and have had to cut back on some of their services at the moment, so their recycling initiative is even more important.

For Naomi House, I collect used postage stamps; red, green and blue milk bottle lids; old or unwanted foreign currency and used printer cartridges. I realise that some of this is costly to post, so please don't send it unless you really want to!

ETA - I'll join you in some ironing!

sexy the extra daylight will make a lot of difference to you working ladies

It won't help me having to get up at the crack of dawn though... I have enough trouble with it as it is, and it only really works when it's bright outside (and the birds are noisy  )
yes I know greenbee - but I am not going to nag at this time on a sunday - I was going to say something on the new thread. I think there has been a lot going on fro people but once again people are leaving things until the weekend to catch up and therfore losing out on me-time.

so there'll be more weekday nagging this week will there ;)
