I managed to get quite a few things done in the bedroom and have also managed to do a load of washing. Just going to check if the sheets on the line are dry yet and then finish them off in the TD if needs be, before putting the new load in the TD. That's one benefit of the clock change - it's lighter til later, so I have extra washing time. Just need to do the windows in the bedroom and change the sheets.
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

Wasting time on here when I should be typing up my teacher planner to upload...really boring job.

Woke up very early this morning, then went back to sleep, which is most unusual. Then with the hour short, I have been rushing around trying to catch up! I did grab an hour in the garden, although it was very chilly. I sowed sweet pea seeds, and then cut the summer jasmine hard back, as it's blocking the greenhouse door, and I've asked my neighbour to keep an eye on it while I'm away.

toots - I've now met husky puppy! She's gorgeous - but judging by the size of her paws, she's going to be a big dog! She's very pale, with amazing light blue eyes. They've named her Cloud.

Just three days of work this week - and on Thursday the pupils are only in for appointments, as it's a performance review day - new one to me. I only act as tutor once a week, so I'm not sure if I'll be required to do the appointments. If not, I shall be in and preparing stuff for next term, or shovelling out the office and storeroom - it's a complete tip, and I've been restraining my inner flylady for months now...;)

Okay, must go back to work....

    Are you saying I'm a drag act??????????:rotfl:

I prefer lulu but only just!

 been out bid on ebay:mad: Toots when I sell on ebay it's hardly worth the effort. I once put a £150 toff togs suit on and it only got bid up to £3 because I buy mostly designer stuff for the kids I'd rather give it away than get a couple of quid for it.

Just finnished clearing all the wardrobes in my room. nice and neat and orderly (but un-ironed:eek: ).

DS2 missed his club the other night and the ladies from he church brought him a lovely gift today as they are finished up now until Sept. They are having an Easter club through the school hols though so I will still have to have him up and out for 9am!

Hope you are all good today.

soappie did you see that they are planning to introduce identity cards to go to IOW?

Toots - I thought you were joking and I was going to give a facetious response about getting BB a pet passport when I take her to the vets this week to have her stitches out. But I decided to google anyway and oh my word

Froddington - Joyce Grenfell (George! We don't do THAT!) lol

I have no idea who Joyce Grenfell is - and yet I know all the other cast members. Should I be worried

Natty - good to see you posting; it's be great to see you on Saturday! I'm not one for meeting up usually, but I feel like I know everyone a bit so it's not quite such a big step (says she hoping she won't panic and chicken out at the last minute :o ) Just seen greenbee's post on this too!

pigpen - I'm with greenbee on this; the right person doesn't seem to be turning up on my doorstep!

jj - I was up but was on the sofa sort of dozing and watching at the same time! Great result!

Triker - just for you, when I got in my car this morning the mileage was exactly 84000

greenbee - you'll have to visit me with your milk bottle lids (and used stamps and printer cartridges if you don't have anywhere to send them!)

wendywitch - hugs; get yourself some advice tomorrow - it may not be as bad as it sounds

jo - glad you're ok about the meet

Need to go and get the washing in now .........
