I am a LL and I agree with you, my mortgages have become very silly indeed at only 1.5%, thanks for your support :beer: and cheers back mate.

But back to topic: It's about time we had some quality bear stuff on this board, it's been getting a bit too friendly lately. All in the same boat and that, working together to find a way to recovery. Hmmm - women, children and bears first to the lifeboats - leave the bulls on their own s[STRIKE]t[/STRIKE]inking ship.

I don't tend to drink in dives, so no worries
