Best 0% card is Harley-Davidson ?

I didn't get a yes online, just a message saying I'd hear within 10 days. To be honest in my situation I'm grateful for any amount at 0%.0

got Harley davidson card few days back. tried to do balance transfer today but they want me to pay 2 % handling fees on top for 9 months 0% interest. on the web site it says 2% or minimum £2 (on promotional rates except introductory offer). that makes it 9 months 0% card but not fees free but with 2 % fees. any one else had same experience? thinking of sending the card back to Bank of Scotland, (not required)0 -

there definitely shouldnt be a bt fee according to their press officer. I would call them if I was you and quote the statement given by their spokesperson.0 -

Hi NiciD
thanks very much for ur help. it really worked very well. i spoke to customer services and mentioned about Alex Barnett. then she spoke to her manager and every thing went alright.0 -
no worries. glad you got it sorted.

Hi neenee- I was told yesterday that there would infact be a fee! Isn't it really annoying when none of their call centre operatives seems to know what they are talking about... think I should phone them again and mention Alex Barnett...0

Hi Spanner,
it is really annoying that you meant to talk to some one in customer services a responsible person but they seems to know very little about these things. i talked twice to different people but same answer that i have to pay BT fees i.e 2%. i was very upset and thought to return the card and look for any other card then i posted a note on this thread and NiciD really showed me the right thing to do. then i spoke to a lady in customer services, she apologised and said i must have been talking to trainee operatives, thats y they said so. i hope its worth mentioning about Alex Barnett to get the things right.
Good Luck0
