    Hi guys,

my BR day is nearly here, 2 more days to go... Sorry I have not been in touch the last few days, but had too much on.

I finally finished my BR forms today. Handwritten, not perfect, but was worried that the online system may fail me. Am still missing the address of my tax office... just could not bring it over me to call my personel office and ask.Silly, I know...

So Tuesday willbe the big day and I am feeling slightly nervous, but also strangely happy... Maybe not happy, but relieved that I can begin on a new road, that I will get another chance. Even though the OR appointment will be almost more important as I will then find out if I can keep the car, if I will get IPA, BRU or whatever.

So I thought you may want to take a look at my final SOA. I have no idea if these amounts will be acceptable to my OR, but it reflects the reality. Ignore the listed debt, there is a lot more but I accidently wiped it and was too lazy to fill it all in again.

Anyway, at the moment I feel chilled, had great day with kids and friends, isn't it strange how a little sunshine can change everything?
    Hope you are all ok!

    :jHello guys,

    I did it!

I arrived at court at 09.00 hrs. The appointment was booked. The court security staff directed me to an 'Enquieries Room'. In it was a huge office, behind some plexiglass windows. A young girl was in front of me and just paid her money when I entered.

Then a very nice lady, dressed in jeans, took me to a small room. She went through my forms, made me sign them, took the money and I swore on the bible that everything in the forms was true.
The lady then told me to go to town, have a coffee, buy a paper and wait for her to call me on mobile phone. She said she would call any time before 14.00 hrs to let me know if the judge would want to see me.
So I had a nice walk about in the sunshine, browsed the bookstores and worried a bit about not being accepted for BR.

There was no need to worry, as the nice lady called at around 12.00 hrs, gave me my BR number and thee phone number of OR. I called him, but my paperwork had not arrived, he asked me to wait till about 16.00 hrs.

I called again at 16.00 hrs and he said he would write to CO-OP tomorrow as he has no interest in my bank account. He will also call me tomorrow with a date for phone interview, he thought probably around the 7th of May.

I drove home and went back to work.
Tonight I began to answer my phone again and have informed 2 creditors about BR. Both call centre agents were friendly and polite.
I feel relieved, not sad at all! I am glad stopped denying that I had a debt problem and that BR is giving me another chance to sort my life out.
Now all I need to do is fight for my car, as I really need it, due to my son's difficulties. ..

Thank you for your good wishes, keep your fingers crossed that the OR finds my SOA agreeable. Thanks Don for your comment about it, makes me feel less nervous!
Thanks SSA, I think you being there in spirit helped!:A

What would I have done without all of you? So glad I found this forum!!!!
