Hi Mr and Mrs,
I think it was a lot easier for me to take the BR step than for many other people, as I really do not have any assets apart from the old car. And even that is not worth much money, but it means I can combine working and looking after the children.
Worrying about a house and home is so much worse and I am glad that you have found a new home, so even if leaving your house was heartbreaking, you at least have not got that worry anymore. A home is where you make it...
I can only stress to you how non-threatening, friendly and polite all people I have had dealings with today have been to me. It was really, really not scary, evrything was relaxed. he thought that this step will affect the rest of my life is certainly there, but I think I can live with the consequences. For me the weight and burden of this ever increasing debt has been lifted, now I want to look towards sorting the future out. No more quick (credit) fixes...
I hope BR will be a new, positive start for you too!:A0 -
Hey if i never see a mortgage or loan again ill be happy .... im jsut disappointed that this country wont help those that try to help themselves.....

Tomorrow is the big day, I am a lot more worried about this interview than anything else so far.
I ned my car, I need my car, I need my car....
The interview date was made so quickly, that is good, much better than having to wait for this for too long. Feel really nervous and scared. Just want to tell them that all I want is a new start, another chance to sort my life out.... But will try not to get emotional...
I will let you know tomorrow.... if I am in any decent state after....

Good Luck bluebird..... think positive and make sure you put across all the best reasons as to why you should be allowed to keep your car. Write them down....
Hugs
