You have to click and drag him, then allow a second or two for google to find the view you're looking for. The search bar works with postcodes as well.

Try putting Tower Bridge or Tower of London in the search box. As you drag the man over the page, you will see the streets light up in blue where there is footage. let go of the mouse button when you have chosen where you want him to stand, but it must be where the street turns blue.

I remembered following one of the Google camera cars down a local road when they were taking the pictures about 6 months ago. So after a bit of searching this morning, I found pics of me and my o/h, driving down the road in his work van :D

    Brilliant site.... love it. :T
2008 gig list... Nickelback + Staind (OMG...Staind ROCKED!!), Roger Waters, Infadels, Pendulum, The Police, K T Tunstall, Breed 77, Biffy Clyro....oh, and Motorhead :D

As well as being able to see your house, your local pub, or famous attractions, Google has also put Wally, the popular children's book character from Where's Wally, into Street View.

However, Google has not said where Wally is and is asking Google Street Viewers to hunt him down.
