  • Morning SH,

Oh dear about the kettle, ours did that last year, just stopped working for no apparent reason. Manged to get one from Woolworths before they went bankrupt...keep hoping that it won't blow up as I can't take it back lol.

Sorry to hear that you're not going to get a great amount for your car, hope that something turns up soon on that side of things for you.

And Masses of Good Luck to you for your interview today, will be thinking of you.

    Tea

Just got back from this mornings interview - went well. Agency plans to market me to clients today!

Having a quick dinner before back out in 30 mins or so to next interview.

I can't stress enough how much it means to have you guys on here showing support - partly as it is very lonely being at home all the time - when you are used to working and having social contact through that....

    thanks again!

Well - I did okay at this afternoon's interview - won't know for sure until Tues/Wed next week could be a 3 or 4 stage process EEK!

I managed to get a kettle for £10 which was one good thing at least. OH has lost another 3lb too which is cool.

  • I am finding that a lot of interviews nowadays, are going above and beyond the 2 stage types. Now its a minimum of three stages and a thorough vetting.

In some cases I don't blame them as they want to know they are getting what it says on the tin.......... but still! Not to mention the good old probabtionary period too.
