    thanks Se!

Today - I have been out - took an old M&S shirt to Oxfam and got a £5 voucher which can be used if you spend at least £35. So used my £23 vouchers plus my £5 voucher to buy £35 worth of stuff... Only had to put £7 towards it.

Also spent about £3.30 in a bargain shop plus £8 buying 2 school shirts for DS in SportsDirect. (originally £40 each Yves Saint Laurent) plus bought 2 packs of sugar for £1.40.

    Also spent £2.30 at costa!

    £2.30 + £1.40 + £8 + £7 + £3.30 So £22 spend plus £28 vouchers.... There is a reason why I try to stay home!!!

When things were tight I always try to minimise the number of trips out, there were always little extra's that somehow got added to the shopping list.

Well done on using your M&S vouchers.

Have you tried woohoo yet, there was another newsletter with an extra points challenge today.

Good luck, hope you do well there.

Do check that they give you the points for all the challenges, and daily recharge, their system sometimes misses things so do check the numbers..

    Thanks se

Physio seemed to go better than expected - he said my knee was a lot less congested and that he wouldn't have been able to do what he did today the other day as the pain would have been too much. He also said I must have a really high pain threshold as he would have expected me to be in agony after the other day... (and comparatively I haven't been) so all positive really..... He said it should be okay for me to wait to go back until next Friday - which finanacially is a relief! He also did more ultrasound stuff.....

On the way back I bought disel at a cost of £50 exactly - the sum total of what I had allowed for this week and last (it was only just over half full last week tho). I would say it should last a while but the kids are off next week so it might not!

I also spent another £10.60 on food. I really wanted to go for a pub lunch which would have cost £5 so decided to pick up a rotisserie chicken, frozen roasties, diet pepsi and milk so that I could feed the whole family a decent meal rather than just me LOL

I need to cancel my equifax trial today..... too
I also need to ask love film for a disc envelope so I can send the dvd back and cancel my subscription....

I also have 10 million other things I probably should be doing....

Hi just got a bp email, if you follow the promotions link there's a new survey worth 400 pts.

Had a good morning, requested a £5 amazon voucher from BP & a £10 from Woohoo. Hope they come through ok.

Hope your knees not too painful today.
