Just withdrew £5 from a free daily scratchcard after it took me over my withdrawal limit by giving me a pound in one go. Hope you are all okay.

I feel a little better today. Used a hot water bottle to relieve some of my pains last night and it helped. May take it into work in case I get problems there!

I think I will take my normal shoes and my trainers into work today in case they take a bit of getting used to. OH had to park his bmw motorbike at the bottom of our road last night as it was so icy - hope it is still there! Apparently he had a couple of slidey moments while riding yesterday. Hope he stays safe too!

My cleaner is coming today for her last clean and tidy before xmas - that should be nice to come home to - I can't believe how quickly we manage to mess things up - altho with my knee it has been difficult.

Here's hoping we have an on budget tea tonight to make up for yesterday - altho I am working late so who knows what will happen! Only today and tomorrow left to work and then I am off - can't wait...!

be aware - some people are getting emails from virgin saying that because they are predominantly only playing the freebies, they have to deposit and play through £5 a month of real money, and can only withdraw when they have a £20 balance.....

I withdrew £12 successfully at the weekend, and it reached my bank account today, so it obviously is not applying to everyone, but just be aware that it could happen if you are generally only playing freebies.

    Thanks hypno.

I have only ever deposited once lol - so could be they identify me soon!

Nearly had another accident at work today - massive puddle on the floor by the lift! If I hadn't had my new shoes on I would have done!

    Thanks Jellie

The shoes have definitely helped - lots of snow at work - so helped not slip but also cushioning definitely does work....

My cleaner came today so that was nice to come home to....

Just one day at work left and then off on holiday!

Yeah they are definitely more supportive than my normal footwear - but then I normally wear boots or 3 year old hush puppies! I definitely could feel the springiness - although I did keep walking to a minimum....

I realised yesterday I hadn't had a truly comfortable pair of trainers since I was at uni and wonder whether that explains some of my reluctance to exercise. I am hoping that therefore these trainers could be an investment in my longer term fitness....

Anyway - I am very belatedly off to bed. Have been up since 6:15! 'Cos I've only got tomorrow left to work tho - am not as bothered about getting my sleep in!

Bye all for now - and Merry Christmas... It is nearly here :rotfl:

well need to leave in a mo - daily scratchcards done and bp's advent calendar....

I've been pmt ing this week so that hasn't helped

I feel a cold coming on at the mo - hoping with a lie in tomorrow that that will go away!

I was hoping to redeem £15 from bp this week (£10 so far) but would need to magically gain another 2500 points for that to happen - which could just about happen if anyone wanted to join via my referral link (pm me if interested) but not probably just from playing.... I am quite hopeful I might get £10 again next week - due to the effect of their xmas calendar - as soon as I have £20 in amazon vouchers (I already have a gift balance left) I have promised to buy OH avatar. DS wants it too so it is kind of 2 presents in one.... Our bank account is not looking very healthy tho so don't want to use "real" money!

Anyway - see you all later - stay safe!
