Hi savingholmes, just a wee catch up from me. How's things going? Can't remember when today you said your interview was, but good luck with that anyway! Keeping everything crossed, (although it's hard to type with crossed fingers)!!
Will pop back later for an update!0 -
I love that film PS I love you. Made me cry. I mean REALLY cry. Not to mention that the guy she falls for (Irish one) is just beautiful. Hmmm.

Hi all
On the film - it made me laugh and cry but in a good way. The irish one you mentioned also featured as Danny in Grey's Anatomy it took me ages to work out where I knew him from..... I told my OH what the standard was if it ever happened to him LOL.... He looked at me rather strangely....:rotfl:
Interview seemed to go okay but the person I saw today gives feedback to the client next week and they will then probably take a week to think about what he's said before progressing to the next stage. He thinks I am a good match :j but can't guarantee that they will think the same - plus he still has a few more people to see.... So watch this space!
So I already had an interview for tomorrow - which I still need to prepare for PLUS I now have an interview for Thursday!:jIf I got that job which is temp/interim then I would start next week  - it may go perm as the person I would be covering is off long term sick and they don't think that they will return but can't promise that yet. It is decent money plus commute paid for....:j
So I am now panicking in case I start work next week :eek::eek: as I have been going to interviews rather than relaxing and still feel absolutely shatteredIt would keep us on track regarding our bills if I got offered Thursday's job and I have a feeling that some of these other roles could take at least 6-8 weeks before they would be expecting anyone to start... Tomorrow's job could be more like 2 weeks or something not sure....
I may need to do a maths test tomorrow so I need to practice that - also need to find out a bit more about the company.... - it is hard work this job hunting lark!
My OH and I moderately blew the budget today as we had a meal costing £12 as a lunch date - awww how sweet:beer: We decided to make the most of my remaining time off in case I do start work again next week.... !
I also dropped off a completed travel to interview claim form plus 2 requests for travel to interview expenses.... I picked up a new claim form just in case....Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

SH aww lunch date thats really sweet, good luck with more interviews- dont burn yourself out
well I have just watched Paul O'Grady and my sides are aching it was so funny . it was hosted by Dawn French who I think is great but she really fed off her guests John barrowman (phwoar!!) and Whoopee Goldberg who would you believe f*rted live on air- it was hysterical.
had a long busy day at work and my feet are killing me think I will go and stick them on OH to rub0 -
So am loving Danny from GA. One of my must see programmes every week. Think I am addicted and in love with Danny.
Izzy isn't mad at all. Honest......... LOL.
Finding McSteamy a bit special of late. Used to be McDreamy but I think he's changed his hair or something, cos he's just not doing it for me as he used to! LOL.
I watch too much TV its untrue. But I love it.** Proud to be dealing with my debts **LBM - Jan 2009 _pale_ : £24,802.21 :eek:February 2010 :silenced: : £18,078.47 (not including OD)July 2010= £16,819.34 (not including OD)

Of course McVet.
Also kinda like little George too. So cute and naive. What about Kourev?
I sooooo don't get the Torres being gay storyline.** Proud to be dealing with my debts **LBM - Jan 2009 _pale_ : £24,802.21 :eek:February 2010 :silenced: : £18,078.47 (not including OD)July 2010= £16,819.34 (not including OD)

I think the Torres thing was ridiculous (careful what I say on this topic tho - don't want to offend). Kourev - I think has misunderstood but still bad guy written all over him... don't get the attraction at all as he so obviously will let people down... Yeah - I know what you mean about mcvet but gorgeous face and eyes...Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Hi there!
Sorry not been round much of late, work oh so very busy then been on leave and OH and I planned a long weekend of walking Fri - today in fact, on the South Downs, B&B's etc - not so DFW but all planned a long time ago and paid forIt was SOOOOOOOOOO nice and the weather was fab - have me a nice little tan and very very tired and aching legs. We managed in excess of 50 miles - all good though!
Wow - you have been busy on the interview front! Good luck for tomorrow. Make sure you take notice of those test you have been doing and try not to be so hard on yourself as it says
It's lovely you and OH went for a lunch date- it's the little things I think that make the difference.
Will be about more now to catch up in the land of MSE
Take care,
Karen x0
