Oh please, not the £2 off Bourjois and what not. I hated that one last time too! I don't buy flamin' make up, well apart from duff Clinique Concealers that don't work!

Does anyone know if they have a Boots store in Harrogate and if so, where it is? I'm off there tomorrow for a day trip, but I don't think I will be able to keep away from Bootsing!

On the plus side, I have handed out lots of Boots stuff to ladies on here and people at work, so my room is more or less bare! Woohoo.

Yes mimi there is a 2 floor Boots store in Harrogate. It's located at the bottom end of the precinct opp the big church. M&S is at the top end...just ask directions when you come out of the station, it's only a minute away.

Also a teeny weeny Boots in Knareborough market place if you're ever out that way, & one in Ripon too.

    2679779 Botanics Facial Pampering Kit

    BACK IN STOCK

Did post this last night but has anyone else had problems with the face mask, it made my skin feel like I had poured acid on it, an instant reaction, couldnt get it off quick enough and my skins all tight and sore today ! Ive used botanics before with no problems.

Went to my local Boots (Bognor Regis ... yes people live there !!) and there was nothing on the clearance shelf what so ever. I wanted to get some no grains exfoliator, but its seems its not stocked here, and had a quick browse at SEL's but no bargains, also no No.7 accessories except for sponges which I dont really want. I have 4 perkies to use up and nothing to buy, may have to go for the bath soak I think !!

May pop to Chichester, not much bigger but seem to have more shelves crammed in and nicer SA's

    OFF TOPIC
This made me laugh geordie_lass. Had a potentially similarly embarrassing situation with my younger DS tonight. His biology homework was to research about antenatal checks (?!!) so I googled it for him and we went into a website - the text looked informative, but round the edge of the page were adverts - one in particular that caught my eye was for a v!br*t*r!! I didn't know wkere to look - I'm all for open-ness, but perhaps this is a bit much for a 13 year old boy to sully his lovely (!) little mind with - or am I being naive?!!

SORRY FOR OFF TOPIC - JUST WANTED TO SHARE AND HOPEFULLY MAKE SOMEONE SMILE!

Made me laugh:rotfl:.............to keep on topic ,I suppose you could get the batteries in Boots:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Sorry to snip, I've not had a problem with the face mask but I have had a similar reaction with the Botanics eye cream, honestly it was awful just like you described.

I don't have a receipt so plan to take it back but I'm waiting for the prices to go back up as the Botanics range is on offer just now.

Wishuponastar, Mr B should sort his SS tills out because when you scan the perkie it def says to then put it in the bag, dont know why it does that, just to confuse us I suspect

thanks yea it didnt tell me to put it into a slot or anything like that.....I cant believe supervisor thought i was stealing! I would never ever....

and also if the SA or supervisor saw me doing it wrong (she was standing beside me at SS till the first time) then surely the better thing would have been to correct me then and there, not as i was walking out the door in front of everyone...making me feel like a criminal.....

DD got one with a perkie on Saturday. SA was doubtful if it would work ;) but it did with no beep.

I know that there has always been one of the eye brushes that went through with the NO 7/RM voucher, with no beeps, not sure which, but from what geordie_lass says, it must be that one..

There are going to be a lot of 342 offers on, from tomorrow, Time Delay, Bio Oil, Nivea, soap & glory skin range (I think), Loreal, can't remember the rest.

Don't forget, if you want to buy accessories with your perkies and they don't have what you want, buy whatever you can get, keep the receipt, then swap the item for what you wanted when they are back in stock. There shouldn't be a problem with that on the accessories, its only cosmetics you can't exchange without good reason. You'll probably only be able to swap them for No 7, with a voucher having been used to buy them.
