I went to my local tiny Boots this afternoon + before I picked up any items at all, I asked SA if she had any vouchers I learned my lesson once before .. so on the last day that the vouchers are given out, I ask first,... she said yes she did have them, so I did a £5+ shop, mainly just to get a perkie. :j HTH

I have had this problem before, I rang CS got a reference number and they checked which store had the perfume in to exchange it. I had no problems, mine was CK and the tube had detached from the lid inside the bottle. My replacement is still cellophaned in my 'collection' I hate to say

I had a lesson on these for the first time friday... Which was good as i got 2 Olay GWP and i only bought a handwash which was on sale at 67p...

Im not sure what i did with my life a few weeks ago before Boots...

Now i look at everything im buying and asking if i get a point... or a voucher

Was going to go to Leeds but didn't have time, so went to Doncaster instead.

I bought Benefit Benetint & Realness of concealness. Total came to £45. Got free B-spot fragrance 50ml (RRP £26) wys £45 on Benefit. Also got 500 points wyb 2 Benefit products and used total spend from ACM for another 250 points so was quite pleased with this. I guess if you bought 4 cheaper items (for £12 or so each), you would get 2 x 500 points (??) and the fragrance and use total spend points too, if that makes any sense at all.

Went Bootsing after work tonight. Intention was to try and get rid of my perkies on some of the new accessories but this wasn't very successful as still cant find any of the fold away bags :T Still managed to pick up a few bits and pieces though so wasn't a total wasted journey.

Got one No. 7 Photo key fob which was free with perkie. Next shop I got the Amazon Forest Treats Bag - the big green one. This was in clearance for £7 but with the extra third off it went through at £4.66 :j Also got a mini Extracts Cocoa Body Butter to use my last H & B points voucher while it was still a third off. Spent over £5 so got another perkie - so that's me back to having 4 again even though I used one!

Final shop I got three packs of Body Shaper Tights - these had two pairs in each pack. They were on clearance for £1.25 each and 3 for 2. I also used my 100 points hosiery voucher from ACM on these :j. Although I spent over £5 I didnt get another perkie but to be honest I am not fussed now - cant seem to get rid of the ones I have! Like I say not bad evening at all - lots of new offers being prepared but they had pieces of till roll stuck over the prices etc so you couldnt actually see.

Did see the little label saying voucher for £2 off colour cosmetics though - dont think I will be making a point of spending over £5 for that but if it happens it happens :rolleyes:

Off to catch up now! Fingers crossed for some good ACM vouchers for everyone tomorrow!! x

oh, i really wish it wasnt £2 of cosmetics. but i do need a new foundation. but its just not as good as the other vouchers.

The SA was taking all of the offer signs down at 3pm, but I got the carex handwash ½ price cos I double checked offer was still on.. so anyone in after then would have not much idea what was on offer, like the lad in front of me in the queue, being served with 2 x HE ... looked shocked when SA asked for £2.92 ish.. I said that there were bogof... then the SA did as well, which made his day, cos he said he was nearly out of money.

I did ask the lovely SA if she knew what vouchers were on from tomorrow, but she said she hadn't had the sale/offers plan in yet, so had no idea... but I did ask anyway

can anybody confirm Lancome has a promotion instore "1000 points when you buy 2 (or maybe 3) products"? i've seen the sign few days ago, but forgot about it...

We are all hoping for some good offers tomorrow + good ACM vouchers, cos it's change-over day. :j .. If the next voucher is £2 off make-up + nothing else, we can save more money lol :rotfl: hopefully it's not just a "pooey" :rotfl: :rotfl:

Told you they were all :A and such a friendly lot on here,and well done you for asking for a refund…some SA’s just don’t get it do they.

Surely they don’t think we plan our shops and split them into £5 lots for the fun of it do they?:D

Well have a ((hug)) to cheer you up and for standing your ground..you have worked so hard over the last couple of weeks and have been a model pupil.. No longer a BV..
I think you can now officially be called a Boots Tart and quite an expert on the SS tills is you :T :T

Just need Auntie & Mum to join in now, well maybe not Mum I don’t think she’s ever going to get the Boots thing, sent her of today to top up her phone, reminded her to get 2 x £5 top ups which she did ….so far so good………
said did you get your purkies… didn’t think you could get them said Mum and to top it all off she then went to Super***g and purchased some foundation…:eek: what are we going to do with her?

Back to training sessions I think ..collecting mags and wombling oh I mean basket duty as Mum likes to call it, but I love her to bits and shopping/Bootsing just wouldn’t be the same without her as we always have a good old laugh along the way.

Happy shopping for tomorrow everyone and fingers crossed the ACM spits out something good.
