    evening all:D

Today, I went out with 3 perkies in my purse. Then I wombled 3, earned 1 and spent 3 - I came home with 1 more than I went out with:rotfl:

I got my very first mini extract today with 300 points (I know, I'm way behind everyone else). I got the almond body butter. I can't stop sniffing it. It smells gorgeous:D

The No7 accesseries are a bit thin on the ground since Mr B put a halt to us using perkies on reduced items:rolleyes: all I found today was; moisture gloves, exfoliating sponges and facial sponges. Better than nothing I guess. Never seen the glasses case or the other new accessories peeps have mentioned:confused: anyone seen these in London stores?

The SA said the perkie wouldn't work on accessories. Then he took a closer look at me and said "I remember you. you're the one who is really good with vouchers" :o He has only served me once before as well:rotfl:

I didn't see any bargains in HSK. I didn't make it to the smaller store though. I was busy trying to find L'Occitane. I got my free hand cream with the telegraph voucher then popped to superbugs for a free galaxy bar with the voucher in the star (found the paper on the train this morning;) )

Off to catch up now. I think I have at least 10 pages to read:eek:

has anyone actually managed to do this?
because i thought the till would automatically take off the cheapest item reducing the total to less thatn £18 so you can't scan the gwp without it beeping.
    correct me if im wrong.

For the perkie to work on 3 4 2 with reduced and full priced items,
you just need to make sure that at least 1 of your higher priced items is not reduced,
as the till gives you the cheapest item free.
At least one of the remaning two items, which you pay for, has to be a full price item, the other can be a reduced item.

    Eg: I x full price item £7,
    1 x full price/ or reduced item £6,
    1 x reduced item £5 = You pay £18 before discounts, so pick up a No7 gwp.:)
3 4 2 kicks in and total is now £13. Give in a perkie and pay just £8 for all 3 items including gwp.:T
Arrrrrrgh, now I want to go out and get another gwp...Noooo!

OFF TOPIC - If you are trying to lose weight/curves etc, DON'T go to the gym! It's so not working for me! I have been 4 times this week (at 7 am each morning, get me!), 1 hour each time, intense cardio, and my weight has gone from 10 st 3 lb to 10 st 7 lb. What a waste of time! I've been going to the gym for a few weeks now, have cut out the crisps and junk, drinking like 2+ litres of water and doing lots of press ups/crouches at home etc, and still it ain't flamin' working! So much for the Summer body! Boohiss. Sorry, rant over. Have a gorgeous weekend all. PS. I ain't getting anything for MOTHER'S DAY tomorrow, cos for me it's Mother's Day EVERYDAY, not just once a year![/quote]

you are such a sweetie mini. That's a lovely thing to say about your mum:A

mini, 10 stone 3/7lb is not heavy for a man. You probably don't need to lose any weight. I'm a stone heavier than you:o would you believe, I've never been to a gym:eek: I need to lose weight though and I'm struggling. I have gained approx 1 stone 6lb since I moved out of London 3.5 years ago:o I used to be so disciplined. I did aerobics 6 days a week, but I can't seem to motivate myself these days:confused: someone, please give me a kick up the you-know-what:rotfl:

Is everyone like me, struggling to find anything, to say I would like for Mothers day, as I don't need anything  (I'm a lucky lady)
I usually just ask them to surprise me :D

Last year DD found an old card I had kept that she'd made at nursery school years ago. She bought a frame for it and gave it back to me as a surprise Mothers Day present. I have it on my bedroom wall now.

It's a picture of a flower made from her handprints (dipped in poster paint) with this message typed and stuck on:

    Sometimes you get discouraged
    Because I am so small
    I always leave my handprints
    On furniture and walls
    But everyday I'm growing big
    Soon I'll be very tall
    Then all my little handprints
Will be so hard to recall
So here's a special gift for you
    To keep, not wipe away
So you can remember how my hands looked
    When I was very small

When I add slim fast to my basket, it is not showing up as half price. Im sure someone mentioned deleting advantage card number and then resubmitting it. Tried that but slim fast still not showing up as half price. Anyone know what else I can try

Typical. After posting, tried again and then it worked :D
