my local has no acm so went to nearest town but acm broken so no vouchers for me. lip lacquer still full price so asked sa to check, she said its still all full price but managed to get a mediterranean almond and pistachio 400m body scrub for £1.84 it had a clearance sticker for £3 .84 on it but the sticker on the shelf had £1.84 so sa agreed to that price and peeled off clearance sticker for me
I am trying to stock up on bits for my local disabled club coffee morning hampers.

Off to London in 3 weeks for the weekend with OH, so hopefully will be able to do some more shopping then. Have been scouring boards for deals for London, and fancied doing 'touristy' things rather than just shopping this time!

If anyone has any ideas on things I can surprise OH with I would be grateful (this will probably be our holiday this year as he has been made redundant), especially if there are any good deals.

No 7 Stay Perfect Lip Lacquer and No 7 Stay Perfect Lipstick both half price in the Leeds Crown Point boots and therefore free with the £5 off voucher :)

P.S. The 17 mascara for £1 with the voucher was all sold out :(

What about a flight on the London eye (it is called a flight because it is (or maybe was) sponsered by BA) Or a Duck tour. This is a yellow sightseeing truck/boat that takes you on a tour of London and then you drive into the Thames and sail along for a while.

I think all the museums are free so maybe a trip around them. If you/your OH are interested in Politics/History, why not a tour around the Houses of Parliament, I think you can book them on line, but you would have to check.

Try typing London tours into a search engine and see what it comes up with. You may even be able to get a walking route that you can print out that takes you past various sights.

Sorry everyone for being off topic.

I haven't read the pages yet today, but I gave up on the 342 on No7 plus perkie today.

I scanned a nail buffer, reduced stay perfect compact, and reduced stay perfect foundation (which no longer scanned at £3.xx, but at £7). When it was time for me to finish and pay, I scanned the perkie, and it came up with "conditions not met" !

I asked SS SA, who had to ask No7 SA. She said the perkie wouldn't work as the compact and foundation were reduced items - now I know when the stay perfect foundations were scanning at £3.xx earlier this month, I got 2 with one perkie on SS tills. Whats going on?

So I got 2 nail buffers in separate transactions instead, free with perkies.

What with Vichy GWPs counting in the 342 if you scan them through with other mix n match items, and now this, my trip to Boots tomorrow to get rid of the last of my perkies is going to be a minefield  .

Has anyone tried yet, to see if the 17 free nail polish goes through with no beeps when you buy the 17 make-up remover wipes? These are 99p, so would appear to be the cheapest full price thing to buy on the 17 stand to get the nail polish.

I didn't try, as I was already a bit irritated with the No7 342 fiasco I'd just had on the SS tills.

Saw quite a lot of tights/socks at DEWSBURY so might be able to use them with ACM coupons. Lots of sandwiches and stuff on reduced too. Got a few. Nothing else to report.

Called CS at the store I got the CLINIQUE for men concealer from, and was told to take it back for a refund as it still isn't doing what it said it would!

TOTALLY OFF TOPIC: Is anyone going to be around the LEEDS city centre area next FRIDAY LUNCHTIME? If so, pm me. I've got one of my mystery shops to do, so basically free lunch for you. I will have to write all the names of people that pm me down and pick one out, so please don't let me down if you are picked.

    I found my receipt!

    So, today I got:
    • No7 Body Polish £8.60
    • Bourjois makeup brush £4.69
Total to pay was £13.29. I used:
    • £2 till spit for the Bourjois item
    • £5 perkie for No7
    • 250 points when you buy No7 from the Brow Kit I bought in the sales
So, I saved £7 and gained 258 points in total, making my cash spend £6.29 and when you factor in the points I only really paid £3.70ish! My card now has £16.60 on it in points and I am trying to save these for Christmas. I might crack soon and blow it on Benefit :D

This was just one of my disasters yesterday, I had 2 reduced items and No7 key fob but because the No7 fob was the cheapest it would not take off the £5 for the perkie, fortunately I had a mens No7 item which was dearer so swapped it for that, this was then the dearest item and perkie went through fine x

I had no probs with vichy on 342 yesterday:confused: I don't think ...she says scrambling for her receipts:o
This is a do-it-yourself test for paranoia: you know you've got it when you can't think of anything that's your fault.

Thanks for clearing that up for me - so if I bought the stay perfect compact on its own, without the 342, it would have been okay with a perkie? Its the 342 thats mucking things up then ;) .
