paypal dispute item not received - buyer left feedback saying it'd been delivered!?!?

Well 12 days now since posting and no feedback and no more tracking info.

However, looking at my buyer, they have 34 positive feedbacks, mainly as a buyer, but prior to my feedback they haven't had feedback for 1.5 years. Therefore my buyer is probably just someone who doesn't use ebay very often and possibly hasn't even logged in to leave feedback.

Hopefully the item has arrived ok (I have now given up that the item's status on royalmail.com will get past "we have your item at the post office").

Out of interest, is there any length of time after which an ebay purchase is made where the buyer can raise a dispute that they haven't received the item? I've been reading some horror stories of some buyers raising disputes for non-receipt of an item after 3/4 months of purchase!

I think after a certain length of time it's unreasonable to raise disputes for non-receipt of an item, I'd think 30 days would be more than adequate but can't find anything in the paypal T&Cs relating to an actual timeframe.
