    Hi All

I have just been having a catch up on this thread in my lunch break and I notice that wolveslass () is counting payments to holiday fund as PADs. I have just started a holiday fund myself (paying bits into my ISA) and it didn't occur to me to count it as PADs.

Is anyone else doing this? Should I be counting it?!!

I don't see why not ... Some people use their PADs for something called " a savings account " ;) .... I don't feel that i'll ever get to the stage where i can even think about one ! :( ...

    Afternoon folks

PAD first before I forget the amount £9.56 to the pay off HSBC in October fund had my statement today and the balance is £6298.70 and only £55.63 saved so far so I will have to pull my finger out about 151 days left £41.34 a day although that doesn't account for the minimum payments (OK so now I have got the calculator out and allowing for the minimum payments I need to find £36.38 a day) that is going to take some doing need to get my thinking cap on

Tomtombeanie congrats on your little one's birthday my two will be 4 on the 1st July. All my children leave school next Friday the big ones in readiness for their exams and the little ones so that they can do half a term at their new school before starting full time in September. I have had children at that school for the last 15 years I can't believe where the time has gone:confused:

The sun is out but I have the beginnings of a sore throat so feeling a bit rough.

Enjoy the rest of the day.

Yes, I'd count it. Otherwise, I'd have to leave this thread now - I paid off my debts last month and my PaDs are all going to different savings pots.
